Through your secure online OwnerX Portal, you’ll have 24/7 access to your balance, upcoming reservations, monthly statements, and year-end tax documents — anytime, anywhere.

We also email monthly owner statements directly to you. You can literally watch the income start rolling in!

Our Accounting Services Include:

  • Recording and depositing guest rent payments in accordance with state-mandated guidelines
  • Calculating and distributing monthly rental proceeds to owners
  • Preparing and sending detailed monthly statements of reservations, income received, and expenses incurred
  • Collecting and remitting required state and local sales and occupancy taxes
