As Director of Business Development, Carolyne is responsible for new homeowner acquisition. Carolyne left her career in custom software and database design to head for the beach over 20 years ago. She got her start in Real Estate back in 2008 and has been helping others realize their beach dreams ever since! Putting to use her Masters in Business from Johns Hopkins University, along with her NC Broker's License, Carolyne looks to help Beach homeowners meet their income potential in maximizing this exciting investment.
