The Fall season is always a local favorite on the Outer Banks with ideal air and water temps, great fishing opportunities and less crowds. Due to the uptick in remote working and learning situations in the United States, many vacationers are choosing longer stays on the Outer Banks this fall. Staying in a private vacation home in a beach destination is an obvious choice for an extended stay - providing the comforts and conveniences of home in a picturesque setting.
Currently, our occupancy rate for the fall is at an all-time high. We’ve noticed that many of our guests are choosing extended stays of 14+ nights. Off-season rental rates are traditionally much more affordable than peak Summer season which makes staying longer easy on the budget. All of our homes are equipped with WIFI for those guests who are working or learning remotely. Over 200 of our homes are pet-friendly, therefore you won’t need to worry about pet care or boarding while you are away.
We would be delighted to welcome you and your family to the Outer Banks for an extended stay this off-season. Start your search to find the perfect vacation home for some much needed getaway this Fall.
