Great Family Beach House

This was our second year staying in this house as a family of 15. It was perfect for us. Plenty of space, location to the beach was excellent (short walk across the street and over the dune and bam...beach), clean and fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, etc for us to use to cook our own meals. The only negative I can report is that this year, the central air was not as strong and the bottom level was not as cool by comparison to the upstairs (which had window a/c units). Overall, this beach house fit our needs and is home away from home for us! Love it and OBX!

Great House for Large Group

This house was great for a large group. There were plenty of bedrooms available with private baths. Game room was perfect for those who want to stay up late. Access to the beach was directly across the street. Plenty of parking. Overall, place was perfect for our needs.

A Beach Ball

It was disappointing that the one bed room had two full sized beds instead of the bunk beds that were in the pictures and online description because our 4 granddaughters were sharing the room. However they were troopers instead of the usual divas and things worked out.

Second year renting this home and everyone had a great time! Needs some sprucing up, a can opener would be nice, furniture and beds are comfortable. Views and location to the beach access are wonderful!

Best Rental We've Had!

Loved this home. Very clean. Mattresses were so comfortable with soft toppers. Grill was rusted when we arrived with no propane and when we reported it was immediately replaced with a brand new grill and propane along with replacing a screen door that was ripped. Great ocean views & comfy furniture. We will be renting this home again next year! We had a blast! Thank you so much!

Large family friendly!!!

We loved how the house accommodated our large family with plenty of room left! Perfect location to the beach only about 1 min walk and in the center of all the shopping centers! Definitely hands down worth the money but could have been cleaner. Had a great time and would definitely rent again in the furure.

Beach Ball Review

This is a great beach house for a large family. Great area (our first time in Corolla) close to the beach and community pool. It is well equipped. The only item it lacked was gas for the grill. We were very pleased with the rental.

We do provide propane - we recommend contacting service for an exchange or if you'd like you can exchange the tank yourself and drop off the receipt to us for reimbursement! Enjoyed our stay. Staff was there when we needed them. The hot tub could use an upgrade. The beach access in this area is narrow with LOTS of steps up and down the dune. Overall, this house is a great bargain!

Walking Distance to the Beach

Great location. Very spacious house. Outside and decks need cleaning. Some outdoor lights did not work. Some of the amenities did not work. The entire home could use an update and all carpet removed. Outdoor shower with warm water was great. Overall we had a great experience. We would definitely return. The rental company was great to work with.
