Crown Point follows Currituck County's noise ordinance, with excessive noise prohibited after 9 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The property owner's association for Crown Point also requests all outdoor lights be off by 10 PM and specifies that fireworks are illegal within the community and Currituck County.
