Great spot

Really enjoyed being able to fish and crab from the backyard. The main room has a great view of the water and it's not as cramped or busy as other areas of the Outer Banks.

2023 Sounds Good

We had an absolute blast at this home! Everything was neat, clean and extremely homey feeling. Plenty of room for everyone! Plenty of crabs and fish to catch. Covered porch and deck were great.

This house was fantastic. Very clean and right on the water. Only thing that needs updating is outside shower but other then out I would recommend 10 out of 10

Relaxing Gem

We really enjoyed ourselves in Sounds Good we spent a week here and loved it! My kids were able to swim, fish and crab out back of the house so it was a nice change from running the entire time. Only thing I wished there was maybe more detailed information on where the beach and pool were located in the community.. but other than that the house was fully stocked with cooking utensils, the coffee pot has its own built in filter.. the place is so nice.. we will probably stay here again in the future!

Great vacation

Great location for a quite stay. Gated community was nice. Pool is $2 per bracket. Once your done for the week you get your money back.

Only complaint was beds were very firm. So we didn’t sleep well all week other wise house was great and worked for us 6.

House was clean and ready on time. Easy check in. Only negative is the ladder to the water.
