Great shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Golf, wild horses, and other adventures are all nearby as well. You won’t run out of things to do! Relax in the private pool, on the deck with 180-degree views of the ocean, or in the hot tub. House has lots of books, puzzles and games. Life is “So Good” in the Outer Banks!

So Good

The house itself overall was nice. The location was great, very close to the beach, shopping and Tourist spots. However, the owner is really missing the mark in overall experience. The game room was not very exciting. To be honest we spent little to no time in the game room, no video games and the foosball table was broken. The area in the back near the grill was "So Bad." There was an old wooden picnic table, not finished, and looked a little dangerous to sit on. So sad too, because it could have been a nice place to sit while you grilled or just to hang out. There was a tree that we had to call maintenance to trim because it was blocking the steps going up from the pool into the house. There was also some chairs on one of the second floor bedroom balcony that were broken. The AC ducts needed to be cleaned there was visible mold especially on the top floor near the kitchen. Then the view that I wanted on the top floor was blurry, due to a film on all of the windows facing the beach. Now I know that the living on the beach will cause a window residue. However, I purchased some windex and paper towels and set to clean them so I did not have to look out to see a hazy beach for the week. After a little cleaning, the view was clear and beautiful. We did spend a lot of time on the top deck, because of the view, and it was spectacular. The owner might want to think about upgrading to Trex furniture and deck surface. The pool in the front was a nice place to cool off and we didn't mind that it was in the front instead of the back area nearer to the beach. Overall "So Good" was good, not great just good. We usually vacation in Pidgeon Forge, TN and the cabins we stay in there have been great to amazing. Wish I could have scored "So Good" higher but compared to the cabins we have stayed in at Pidgeon Forge it just didn't compare.

Wonderful place to make memories

We loved our stay at So Good. We are coming back next year. The location is excellent, and the home's interior works well for our family and parents. Everyone was so happy there. So Good Beach House - 733 Crown Point

House is very spacious. Kitchen had lots of dishes/glasses/coffee mugs, but could have used a few more pots and pans. Was also equipped with coffee maker, and air fryer and crockpot (we would have liked knowing this before we took ours) We did have maintenance bring us a broom because there wasn't one. House was clean when we checked in, but there were a few lights burnt out, one of them maintenance replaced but didn't notice some of the others until after he was there and it wasn't worth calling back fo

Wonderful Home

We really enjoy this home and is the 2nd year we have stayed there. Has everything you need and so much for everyone to do! We have had as many as 13 people stay in this home and plenty of room for all. The pool is very nice as it is located on the front of the home so you get the nice afternoon sun. So close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. Just an all around great place to stay!

Spacious home with comfortable beds and furniture. The location is great . You can walk to stores. There are a LOT of steps both in the home and the beach access. The pool is in the front so it had extreme sun most of the day, but that was good for us since it would be very difficult for a child to wander out to it. My only complaint was it was very far from a lifeguard stand. Overall its a great house and we would rent it again.

So Good - So True

So Good is a wonderful home that is well furnished and maintained. We traditionally vacation in Nags Head but decided to go to Corolla this year for something different and although we were hesitant about depending on public access to the beach, SO Good exceeded our expectations.

Everything You Need at the Beach

This place has a great location, right over the dunes from the water, but it has a few quirks. The pool is in the front, right by the driveway, instead of in the rear, which could make some guests feel on display. Strangely, there is no open deck on the ocean side, though there is a lovely elevated ;ships watch; room off the main living/dining area on the top floor, perfect for watching the surf. DuneVegan Vacation in Corolla

We had a wonderful week with family. Beautiful weather until Tropical Storm Hermine showed up on Friday night. We weathered the storm with indoor activities, i.e. TV, puzzles, games and eating. We were able to get out for dinner on Saturday night as the rain had ended and it was just windy.

Better than ever!

Have rented beautiful, well-appointed Dune Vegan for last 12 years or so because it fits our family of 10 perfectly and has easy access to beach. Now it's better than ever with new pool and hot tub, keyless entry etc. Second kitchen downstairs a bonus. New walkway along highway very nice. Our beach week is not complete without dinner at Mike Dianna's Grill Room
Only thing missing was paper copy of rental info, trash pickup dates, departure details etc. as provided formerly. Online option not easy for tech challenged folks.

Great Vacation!

Beautiful house, looks exactly as advertised. We spent every morning having coffee in the Ship's Watch and every night relaxing in the hot tub. Could not be more convenient to the beach - there weren't many beach days during our stay (in mid-May) but between the hot tub, gorgeous view, and game room, we were definitely entertained! Keyless Check-In and the Beach Realty app made getting in and out very easy. I hope we can return soon!

Wonderful home

The house was beautiful and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. There was a tiny ant situation in the house, but we could see they tried to remedy it. Check in was a breeze. Staff called to check on us. Pleasant to work with. There were a lot more stairs to the beach than anticipated though.

Overall, this is a great house and we had a lovely stay. The updated kitchen was very nice and we loved sitting in the crow's nest with our drinks. On the "needs to be fixed side", I would say that the bathrooms are outdated and rather dark. Also, it would be nice to have someone take a weed-wacker to the backyard before guests arrive - it was very overgrown and we couldn't use the picnic table. The location is great and the house is a great size for multiple families!

Best beach ever

We loved the flat beach with the lifequard close by. The house was clean and comfortable with a well thought out layout and excellent amenities. A big missing item was a gas grill.
