The 42nd Annual Rogallo Kite Festival celebrates the legacy of Francis Rogallo, the NASA engineer who invented the flexible wing! This free, family-friendly event features massive kite displays, stunt kite demonstrations, and hands-on kite-making for kids. It's a colorful celebration of flight on the iconic dunes of Jockey’s Ridge, where visitors can experience the joy and wonder of kiting.
