Carrie's knowledge and experience in property management make her an integral part of the management team. She’s heavily involved with the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS, serving on several committees and was elected to the Board of Directors as the Property Management Director for 2025, her third consecutive year.
"Born and raised on the Outer Banks, I was immersed in the industry from a young age. My family has been involved with various property management companies for over 40 years, and I got my start assisting my grandmother with spring cleaning homes at just 7 or 8 years old. In high school, I transitioned to the office side of the business as a part-time employee and have remained in the industry ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked in various roles, including Reservations Agent and Rental Manager and now serve as the Director of Business Development. Watching the industry’s growth and evolution has been incredibly rewarding. I’m also actively involved with the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS and was recently elected to serve as its Property Management Director."
