We understand what an important part of the selection process of reading past guest reviews is when choosing a vacation rental home. This is why we strongly encourage guests at the end of their stay to give feedback so that we can inform future guests about the property. This feedback is also available to owners so they can ensure the experience their home is providing to their guests is exceptional. Internally we use this information to certify our team members are maintaining the high standard of service to our guests expected of each and every employee.
Guests receive a review request 24 hours after check-out.
These reviews are attached to the specific rental property and, upon publishing, may appear on the property details page on our website; beachrealtync.com. We also encourage guests to review our properties and the services they received from Beach Realty on Google, and social media separately from the survey they receive via email.
Guidelines for Submitting Reviews:

- Reviews must contain accurate information specific to the property being reviewed and features thereof
- We cannot guarantee every guest will receive an invitation to review since reviews go out to the leaseholder’s email and is triggered by a third party software
- Reviewer must provide a valid email address
- Reviewer must be a confirmed guest of the home they are reviewing
- Only one review per stay is allowed
- Reviews and their content become the property of Beach Realty and may remain on the website indefinitely until deemed irrelevant such as in the case of new ownership, or property modifications
- All comments must be deemed appropriate and void of any content that is abusive, discriminatory, violent, or threatening
- On occasion Beach Realty, and/or homeowners will respond to guest reviews in order to provide additional content that further clarifies information on the property
- Reviews that do not pertain to the specific property, such as but not limited to weather, isolated incidents regarding the time of stay, or grievances with Beach Realty staff will not remain visible to the public
- Reviews, if published, are posted in their entirety without the option to edit or remove (removal requests can be sent to info@beachrealtync.com) however, resubmissions and/or editing or reviews is not is possible
- Guests are never compensated for reviews by Beach Realty, or homeowners
Reviews will be published at our discretion based on the above guidelines. Upon examination of submitted reviews by Beach Realty staff, if any content contained in such reviews does not fall within the above guidelines, it will be removed accordingly.
By submitting a review, the reviewer gives Beach Realty permission to display its content in full on the website, as well as other marketing materials.
We appreciate our guest feedback and take it very seriously as a means to assist our homeowners with useful information regarding the success of their investment property. We moderate entries and ask that reviewers please refrain from feedback that is rude, disrespectful, or spammy. Constructive criticism is welcome, however, the main purpose of these reviews is to provide supplemental information regarding a specific property.
