We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager. This role involves providing comprehensive support to our service coordinators and technicians while ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Assist service coordinators with daily tasks and assignments.
  • Develop and maintain daily schedules for service technicians based on assigned work orders optimizing productivity and response times.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees as needed to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the timely completion of service orders, monitoring progress and communicating with service technicians, owners and approved vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for guest complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Manage scheduling for pool and spa maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, guests, and vendors.
  • Proven experience in property management or related field, with a strong understanding of maintenance operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
