Good vacation!
The location of this home is great and the views are fantastic! Anyone considering this home needs to realize there are many steps to climb, inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked and roomy. We would definitely consider renting again!

What a view
The view from the house was great, we could set on the deck and watch the ocean. It was an easy walk to the beach. The house has plenty of room. The house was clean and well maintained. We would rent the property again.

What-a-View
The house name lived up to its name. The view was amazing. The beach access was close and easy to use. The house was clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved sitting on the top deck in the mornings with our tea and coffee and listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins. A great rental property

We had such a fantastic time staying at what a view, absolutely loved seeing the! Sunrise every morning <3 description of house was accurate. So many restaurants and attractions for kids and adults all within 10min of the house

The view was spectacular from the all windowed top floor and the 1st floor master. The beach was only steps away. The house was clean, having 4 bathrooms was a definite plus. The appliances were new and kitchen had everything we needed (we did seem to keep running out of forks). We thought the hot tub was in an enclosed sunroom from the pictures but it was actually off the 1st floor ocean facing master bedroom in a small room just big enough for it. We still enjoyed it, just felt it was odd. It wouldn't pre

Love it!
This was the second time weve stayed at What-a-View, and we have booked it again for next year. The location is perfect for a quick walk right onto the beach. The house is large enough for my family to enjoy plenty of together time without feeling crowded. I also love that texting is used for contact back and forth with Beach Realty during my stay.

Great WEEK and WHAT A VIEW!!
House was in great condition, comfortable, no issues. This property owner should consider an upgrade in media, specifically larger TVs for evening movie watching. The hot tub could stand to be upgraded as well, it kinda worked and needs help. The deck and stairways should be checked and repaired for nail pops, our only real complaint. Thanks for a great stay. Great View and Location
We rented this duplex for additional sleeping arrangements for the home next door, which we had rented as well. The close proximity to the beach and location were excellent and met our needs. A very nice and clean place for an ocean front view.

Truly an Amazing View
If only the weather was a wonderful as this house was! We had one half day of sun. However, we had a wonderful house to enjoy, with all the amenities of home. I was amazed at how organized and well stocked the kitchen was. the wall of windows allowed full view of the angry ocean, but we loved watching. The beds were comfortable. Loved the private baths in each master bedroom.

Perfect for 3 small families
As soon as we walked into the house, we understood the name! There is a whole wall of windows with a beautiful view, even on rainy days! We have two adult children with spouses and two grandchildren. Having three masters plus the futon and bunk beds made the house perfect for us. The location couldnt be better, especially with kids and their toys, as well as all of our other beach supplies. The beach was just over a dune. There was no long walkway with steps.

Perfect vacation house
We arrived to a clean house and the views were wonderful.. I definitely recommend staying here you won't regret it. I will more than likely rent what a view again.. it is close to alot of shops it's about a 25 minute drive to Walmart.. overall a very good place to stay..

Perfect Vacation

Relaxing and enjoyable
This vacation rental was all that and more! We loved the house, the view was beyond amazing and all of the baby items made this the perfect place for our family. We had plenty of space to really relax and enjoy our stay! The hot tub seemed to be on the fritz here and there but we were able to use it most of our stay, and there were little things that could be fixed up a little(back screen door off master suite) but this didn't ruin our stay at all! So beyond thankful for this home away from home, my whole family really enjoyed it!!Â

October at What-A-View
We enjoyed the wonderful view and the nice decor. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a quiet location but close to many things we wanted to do.For families considering renting this house and the one next door, #90, we had the brighter, nicer house with more ocean front windows. I would recommend doing the Whalehead tour in Corolla and for those able to climbing Jockey's Ridge to see the sunset from there.

A great week in teh Outer Banks!
Very Nice overall. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The home was beautiful and great for our family. Two minor issues for us which could be bigger issues for someone else were that one of the bathrooms was not working and the hottub was dirty. But we wouldn't have used it anyways. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Beach Rental Off Season
We were very pleased with the rental. Clean, inviting and well stocked. Private inside hot tub next to/in master bedroom made it a bit of a put off for other guests to use. The view was wonderful, good central location to everything and wonderful morning sunrise views.
