Description

“Village Views” is a spacious six-bedroom oceanfront home with panoramic views and private beach access for your family to enjoy. Located in Nags Head in the Village at Nags Head community and close to the community pool complex that includes an Olympic-size pool, snack bar and café for lunch, a full-service bar, bathhouse, tennis courts, and oceanfront parking at the clubhouse.

Conveniently located near all of the popular Nags Head and Manteo attractions including restaurants, watersports, outlet shopping, adventure sports, putt-putt golf as well as the Village Links Golf Course. The Nags Head Golf Links course was rated by Golf Digest as “one of the most beautiful in the world” and is just on the sound front of the Village at Nags Head community. Fish at one of the three piers, Nags Head Pier, Jennette’s Pier, and Outer Banks Pier, or charter a deep-sea fishing trip from Pirates Cove or the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center.

Great Getaway With Friends

Could not have asked for a better experience. The house was perfect for our three couples with king bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was very clean, well appointed and decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this rental for up to five couples or a family with lots of kids.

Family OBX vacation

Everyone loves going to the OBX and staying right on the beach. The house has a great setup with easy access to everything. Going back again.

Great house to stay in for a beach vacation

Had an amazing time in the rental house. Hot tub and beach access made for amazing experiences, plus the large amount of beds for everyone to sleep in. Amenities were as described - bring some cooking basics and you will be all set. Stop by Jockeys Ridge State Park to see sand dunes and then go to Waveriders for coffee, lunch, or breakfast!

Thanksgiving stay at Village Views

We had a lovely stay at the beach house for a full week.The house was very well maintained, spacious and had all amenities. We could see the sunrise from 3 different bedrooms, which was great in the cold days.
The only thing that can be improved is to provide some trash bags up front. Linen and towels were plenty.
We will absolutely love to stay in this house again!

Golf Trip

Overall had a great experience at K1156. Great location and house. Hot tub was amazing after a round of golf and dip in the ocean. Basic amenities like salt, pepper, trash bags, etc would have been nice.

Loved this place!

We had no issues, everything was as described. Very roomy and our party of 14 had plenty of room to spread out on the 3 floors. Loved that each bedroom had a door with outside deck access. Also loved that the living room had tons of seating so we could all pile in and watch movies together at night. Awesome location!

Beautiful property, fully equipped. Clean and plenty of room. My favorite was the deck with ocean view. It is the perfect place to have a morning cup of coffee.

Beach Realty sent all the documents required in a timely manner. Access to house was easy with apps and some maintenance issues were address in immediately. House was clean but needed updating especially the bathrooms and faucets. Location was ideal and access to the beach was wonderful. Just step off the steps and you were on the beach. Million dollar view.

Nags Head Beachfront

The location was great. The house was a little older and I could tell that it was built to be a rental. That being said the house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The beach was excellent and the rental company was on point with everything. Check in was too easy as was checking out. We will definitely return.
