There's plenty of room for family and friends to make some unforgettable memories. The home has an open and airy floorplan with a large great room, dining area that seats ten, kitchen with breakfast bar and five bedrooms plus three baths. Cathedral ceilings with Casablanca fans. Ocean views from the main floors.

We had a wonderful week. The house was perfect the distance to beach was great. We loved it so much, we rented it again for next year.

Fantastic beach home so close to the water

We've stayed at the Swink before in 2017 and loved it then too. It is so close to the water and a lot of great restaurants.

Vacation Southern Shores, NC Beach

Great time was had by everyone. The house was in good shape and the rental agency was helpful in the case of any questions. The house is very close to the beach and that is a real plus! Dune buggy rental with Good Vibrations was a great time.

Swink review

We have been reserving the Swink for 10 years. The place was spotless, very clean. We noticed the walls were freshly painted and the new rocking chairs in living room. However the carpet needs to be replaced. The master bed squeaks loudly getting in and out of it. Wakes the partner up. Room darkening shades would be helpful. Thank you!
