In 2023, the home underwent impressive updates, including the installation of sophisticated luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, an upgraded Mid-Level Master suite with a sumptuous King Bed, and the addition of Roku TVs in every room to ensure seamless entertainment. Every detail has been considered to elevate your beach getaway.

Great house

House was very clean. I love that there is access to a washer and dryer in the lower level so we could wash towels and clothes. The beds were comfortable. Plus extra blankets in the closet and living room. The pool was cold but it was off season. The access to the beach was great. Location of the house was perfect. Lots of parking spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. I would definitely recommend this house. We had 14 people. Enough space for everyone.

Well maintained and clean house in a great location. While our windy weather wasn't beach friendly, the benches on the dune crossing, sheltered by large dune laurels, allowed us to almost be on the beach without direct wind.

Housekeeping was excellent-clean beds-clean house-AC excellent-the microwave broke one night-and-it was replaced the next day-tenants expect this action-and it was taken care of ASAP-kitchen was well supplied-all in all-Sunday Drive was a five star place

Sunday Drive had the three main features our family of 12 wanted: beach front location, pool and hot tub. It's a comfortable house with beautiful ocean views. We also appreciated proximity to a lifeguard on the beach. But the kitchen was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and food storage for 6 adults and 6 children was challenging. Also, a second refrigerator -- even a small one -- would have helped a great deal. A warped door that wouldn't close was repaired promptly, but a few small things need at

Great for Extended Family Vacation

We had a great time at Sunday Drive. Although we did not get a direct hit from Hurricane Debby, she was a minor inconvenience, especially the wind. It was nice to have a pool to swim in the 2 days we had red flags.

Sunday drive has a lot of room for people to sleep but the living room area is smaller than we expected. However, you don't spend a lot of time indoors unless it is raining. The view of the ocean is very nice from inside but the walk from the deck to the beach could be difficult for elderly or young ones because it is steep. The bedroom sizes were great for spreading out your stuff and still having space to walk around. The kitchen space was adequate but we could have used more (or better quality) utens

Our 4th year @ Sunday Drive! Having the public access to the right is great!
Common area is great for meals & game nights. Upper deck to hang outside on in th mornings & evenngs is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need except a crockpot & airfryer. Pool is great in the afternoons to keep cool & spend time together when you need a break from the beach. Our kids are young adults now & we have outgrown this property. Wonderful Vacation in a Beautiful Rental

Sunday Drive is a beautiful vacation rental and we enjoyed our 7-day stay. The home was clean and well maintained. Beach Realty provided excellent customer service. Beautiful stay in Nags Head!

We stayed for a week - 3 families, each with small children. The houses location was super convenient and we loved being so close to the beach. Great views in the AM of the ocean too. Having the pool for the kids was fabulous, and us adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Kitchen was super well stocked - and the layout worked well with our group. We did have an issue with the AC not working properly, but Beach Realty got a serviceman out quickly and we were able to resolve it. Cant wait to go back ag

Annual Myers vacation

We had a blast and loved having a private pool. Everything we needed was at the house. We never could get a reservation for a dining out but we all cook so not a real problem. Our ages were from 3 to 69 and there was something for everyone. I recommend the aquaramine. It is small but great.

Nice stay. Weather was yucky but we can't control that. House was nice. Certainly a big house. Beach Realty staff were very accommodating in moving us from April to October because of COVID. Sunday Drive was a very good house.

The location is great. We were within walking distance of restaurants, beach supplies, activities and goodies. Groceries were just a mile away. Everything was convenient. We had just a few issues which were taken care of quickly by Beach Realty. The house was very well equipped. The beach was wide even at high tide. Luckily hurricane Irma turned inland and kept the rain away, however hurricane Jose kept the waves very high all week long. There were lots of beach toys and a few beach chairs. The pool water warmed quickly. Everyone really enjoyed both house and location.

We had a great time and the house and location had all the amenities that you could want. It was our first time in Nags Head and we were not disappointed. The weather was bad for the first half of our vacation but since the house had a hot tub and things to entertain (Wi, DVDs, games etc...) we found things to do. We had an issue getting the cable tv set up on arrival but we were finally able to get that worked out-may be a good idea to have better directives made available-it took away from our arrival

Wonderful Home on the Beach!

This home was perfectly suited for our family vacation at the OBX. The location was ideal, the view was fantastic and it was an easy stroll down the personal walkway to the beach. The home was very well stocked with kitchen items and was comfortable and roomy! It also had extra beach and pool items. We did call Beach Realty to ask for light bulbs to be replaced and the customer service was friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend this house to a friend. Our family enjoyed renting bikes, walking to a nearby ice cream and surf shop, ghost crabbing at night, swimming in the ocean and in the pool. This vacation was one of the best we have had!

Fantastic rental in nags head

The house was absolutely great in every way. The only complaint all week was that you couldn't get down to the lower decks from the top deck where the hot tub was.

Sunday Drive Beach House 2016

Very good experience overall. Weather was beautiful until TS Hermine came through the last day we were there. House was perfect and had a great view from living room and dining room of the ocean. Top deck right off living had a hot tub and also a great view. Pool was perfectly situated to catch afternoon sun and keep water comfortable. House does have a lot of steps so you just have to be careful with kids and make sure the gate(s) are up. 2 bedrooms on second floor had their own doors leading out to the second deck which was very nice. Adequate bathrooms throughout which was nice when getting ready for dinner or to go out and about. We had a great vacation.
