Feel the Summer Breeze at this 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Golden Strand condo in Kill Devil Hills. Beautifully furnished, the condo offers a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan just right for a comfortable beach vacation.

Features include numerous amenities such as cable TV, elevator access to each floor, and outdoor shower located near the boardwalk, central heat and air, and wifi internet access.

Outside there is a covered front porch overlooking the Atlantic ocean and a screened in back porch with a picnic table, perfect for those late summer evening feasts!

Community amenities include a large community pool and kiddie pool, bbq area, laundry facilities with washers and dryers and a playground. The playground offers a variety of play stations, the equipment provides a configuration that challenges children in climbing, sliding and other dexterity activities. The playground area serves as a location for the younger set of visitors to enjoy a fun filled experience.

Great location!! Condo needs a little upgrading but by and large has everything you need. Office personnel were fantastic. Could have done without Ophelia but that's Mother Nature at her finest.

Everything was perfect except cable t.v. After questioning lady at management office on property about use of t.v., she informed us about The Golden Strand issue about cable problem.

Great access to the beach

We had a great stay at summer breeze. Overall it was a great condo and you couldn't beat the beach access especially with a little one. I think the cleaning crew before our arrival could have done a better job but it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. I think they need to add a couple more pots and pans to the mix as the selection isn't great. Overall the rooms where a great size, the beds were comfortable and we had a great stay.

We loved staying in P3 this year. The screened in porch was a great place for my daughter to get her morning workout in. The larger master bathroom was ideal for my husband that uses a walker.

Best vacation ever!

We had the best experience- the condo was perfect- right on the beach, clean and exactly as described, there was a pool for the kids to play in, no issues with the rental property at all. We couldn’t have had a better vacation!!!

Sun, Sand, and Dolphins

Unit was clean and comfortable with perfect views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. We saw dolphins swimming by several times during the week. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch so it had all we needed and seemed to be well-stocked. Pool area is clean and was nice on a day the surf was too rough and murky to swim in. Unit is very close to two grocery stores and numerous restaurants. The screened porch was good for leaving sandy gear and sandals before entering the condo. It would be great to have more chairs and maybe a table there. The exhaust fan in the master bath is noisy and may need to be replaced. Not a big deal though. Overall a great vacation!
