Enjoyed our stay. This house meets our families needs nicely. We have rebooked for the third year 2026 We do find the sofas uncomfortable but we manage. Might be something that needs replaced in the near future We would also like an umbrella for shade in the pool area. We did bring our own this year The porch light was burnt out by the main door which could be a safety issue.

Rental was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The front set of steps felt wobbly. Also didnt like that tub of dirty towels from prior rental were never picked up. I would rent again.

Very good instructions upon arriving. I have no complaints except the wi-fi. The wi-fi only worked for two days so we had to use our hot spots which we will be charged for.

Other than the crowds it was the best vacation we ever had. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Close to the ocean. Cannot say enough good things. I have no suggestions for improvement

It was great we showed up the house was ready sooner than I expected so that was nice. The downstairs refrigerator was a great help. The house was in great shape inside. Location was perfect right across from beach access. Really enjoyed the stay

A Great Family Vacation

Our entire family recently stayed at Sea'N Stars and had a wonderful time. We could see the sunrise every morning over the ocean, it was so beautiful.

Great time in Nags Head

We enjoyed our stay here for the middle of May. We contacted the office to inform them of some little issues just to ensure that we weren't held responsible from previous guests, and they sent people immediately to address the issues. We were impressed at their response. All in all we were very pleased with this rental, it was nice to have the pool and hot tub available in case we wanted to use them, which we didnt, but they were nice to have. we liked the privacy with the openness at the same time. Needs some updating. New carpet and mattresses. The back door needs to be replaced. It does not shut properly with out having to slam it shut. We did like the layout of the house and dither location. Close walking distance to the beach. He had an awesome time

OBX 2016 Fairchild Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. There was a lot of food on the kitchen floor, especially in the corners (big pieces of food). There were large chunks of muffin or some type of bread under the bunk beds, and the dining room table/counters had not been wiped. Also, the high chair had not been cleaned.
However, the pool and hot tub were very clean.
Other than that, we enjoyed the house and the location is fantastic!!

I enjoyed my stay at Sea 'N Stars with my family. It was unfortunate that the weather was extremely hot and the water very cold. It was challenging carrying everything that we needed for the beach up and down steps to the beach in the heat. The house met our needs and pool was a blessing.

Beach Vacation Doesn't Dissapoint

The house should be the least of your concerns at the beach and this house is good for that. Not overly fancy and not shabby at all. Very liveable and plenty of space to spread out and to be together. Perfect for our family.

We got off to a rocky start, arriving on the Outer Banks too early to check in. However we stopped at the Rental Office around Noon to let them know we were on the island and ready to check in as soon as possible. After having lunch and locating our cottage we returned to the office around 2:30 only to be told that our unit was still not ready. Really Fun Time

We enjoyed the house. It has an open concept living area, plenty of space to have your own space too. The pool and the hot tub were nice as well. And four bathrooms is wonderful in addition to the outdoor shower. I would suggest that the bath mats be replaced as they are very old and worn. And that the appliances be tended to as to knobs. Overall though, it was a fun house and not so pristine that you worry about living in it.
