We were satisfied with the property and it's location.
We booked the same property for July 2025.

We had a wonderful week at Sea N Stars. We are a family of 9 with three small children. The house has a great space for all of us to eat together. The living area is very nice and the bedrooms are all very comfortable size. We wish it had 1 more king size bed. Also, back pool decking has lots of loose boards and it is old. The stairs are also getting worn. The decking on the front is new and wonderful. Having two refrigerators is very helpful. The upstairs refrigerator has a broken drawer and it had trouble keeping up in making ice for everyone.

Good experience. Clean, but main bedroom tub was clogged so could t shower in it. Other than that, truly what the family needed.

Very close to beach access. Home is exactly as described - we were very pleased with the house. Back deck and pool deck need some repair. The front deck is new and looks amazing.

This house fit our family comfortably and was so close tot the beach. No complaints.

Enjoyed our stay at this home, very pet friendly and good location. Only issue during heavy wind some of the siding rattles. Would stay there again.

Rental was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The front set of steps felt wobbly. Also didn’t like that tub of dirty towels from prior rental were never picked up. I would rent again.

Very good instructions upon arriving. I have no complaints except the wi-fi. The wi-fi only worked for two days so we had to use our hot spots which we will be charged for.

Other than the crowds it was the best vacation we ever had. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Close to the ocean. Cannot say enough good things. I have no suggestions for improvement

It was great we showed up the house was ready sooner than I expected so that was nice. The downstairs refrigerator was a great help. The house was in great shape inside. Location was perfect right across from beach access. Really enjoyed the stay

Great location to everything we wanted. House was in good shape and ample for our family of 11!! It was great to be so close to the beach without being right on the beach AND having the pool and hot tub!! We would recommend this rental! The rental company was great a responded very timely to our few requests!!

Great trip

Our entire family recently stayed at Sea'N Stars and had a wonderful time. We could see the sunrise every morning over the ocean, it was so beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay here for the middle of May. We contacted the office to inform them of some little issues just to ensure that we weren't held responsible from previous guests, and they sent people immediately to address the issues. We were impressed at their response. All in all we were very pleased with this rental, it was nice to have the pool and hot tub available in case we wanted to use them, which we didnt, but they were nice to have. we liked the privacy with the openness at the same time. Even with a rental in the back, it was far enough away so as not to invade our space. We loved the proximity to everything without being in the hustle bustle. It was nice to just walk across the street to the beach access. Another big plus was being close enough to walk to the pier, which was one big reason we rented this unit as my adult son loves to fish. The only setback was the amount of and the pitch of the steps, not a deal breaker, just something we didnt pre-consider before we rented, because in our case our dog is old with hip dysplasia, and we didnt think of that ahead of time. Its not the rentals fault, but our planning hiccup. Just mentioning it as a heads up. Its not a problem for a younger, heathier dog. Its a great rental, nice amount of utensils and dishes/silverware. The beds were comfortable as well. Thanks for a great vacation Beach Realty!

We had a great time with wonderful weather, though we lost a day to Florence, we were blessed to be able to go at all. Very happy overall, however the exterior of the house could use some work and there could also be more outside seating on the various decks/porches.

Rental experience was very nice, easy to arrange.

The place was very clean, smelled great when we arrived, and had many amenities in the kitchen. The beach access was just across the street and made for a quick walk to the beach. The location was great for the kids, they were able
to ride bikes and/or walk to surrounding stores, restaurants, Ice cream and the pier.

We enjoyed a pleasant family vacation. The rental cost was high, but so was the value. The location was good--off the heavily trafficked roads but still convenient to OBX attractions and right across the street from the public beach access. The spaciousness of the rental and its amenities, like the pool and hot tub, were great.

Very relaxing.

We had a wonderful time. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. There was a lot of food on the kitchen floor, especially in the corners (big pieces of food). There were large chunks of muffin or some type of bread under the bunk beds, and the dining room table/counters had not been wiped. Also, the high chair had not been cleaned.
However, the pool and hot tub were very clean.
Other than that, we enjoyed the house and the location is fantastic!!

I enjoyed my stay at Sea 'N Stars with my family. It was unfortunate that the weather was extremely hot and the water very cold. It was challenging carrying everything that we needed for the beach up and down steps to the beach in the heat. The house met our needs and pool was a blessing.

The house should be the least of your concerns at the beach and this house is good for that. Not overly fancy and not shabby at all. Very liveable and plenty of space to spread out and to be together. Perfect for our family.

We got off to a rocky start, arriving on the Outer Banks too early to check in. However we stopped at the Rental Office around Noon to let them know we were on the island and ready to check in as soon as possible. After having lunch and locating our cottage we returned to the office around 2:30 only to be told that our unit was still not ready. Tired of driving and running in & out of the rain we decided to sit in the parking lot. While there we watched a number of guests check in and leave with keys in hand, their cottages ready. A few minutes AFTER 4PM, we went back inside & they said they would check on our cottage. We sat right there until around 4:20 when we finally got our keys. Yes, we knew check-in wasn't until 4, however we were hopeful that with it being off-season we would be able to get in a little early. We usually stay in Avon (diff rental company) and I've never had to wait so long to get in! No apology or explanation for the long wait was ever given.
Once in our cottage we discovered that the air filters & the metal covers were covered with dust and had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. We called the rental office and they sent someone out right away.
The cottage needs some updating. The sofa springs seemed to be shot. The screen on the sliding glass door had a large tear and the microwave had a big crack in the handle. Silverware was dirty, but I always wash dishes & utensils before using anyway.
Hot tub was wonderful!

What a great location for beach access; right across the street! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need except potholders and kitchen towels. The upper level was great for the whole family to hang out in together, and the table was plenty big enough for family dinners. Lower level with the pool table was musty smelling, but the extra fridge downstairs was a plus. Pool and hot tub were a little small, but we made it work. Baby gates were helpful to keep our dog on the same level we were. Would definitely consider renting this home again.

We enjoyed the house. It has an open concept living area, plenty of space to have your own space too. The pool and the hot tub were nice as well. And four bathrooms is wonderful in addition to the outdoor shower. I would suggest that the bath mats be replaced as they are very old and worn. And that the appliances be tended to as to knobs. Overall though, it was a fun house and not so pristine that you worry about living in it.
