We had an awesome family vacation at Sea Breeze! The location was perfect for our 3 grandchildren due to the short distance to the beach access. It would have been helpful to have had dish towels in the kitchen, but we were able to purchase a couple after our arrival. Overall an awesome experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Great House and Easy Stay

The house was perfect for our needs. It was across the street from the beach access and very close to shops and restaurants. The house overall was clean and amenities was as described. The keyless entry and responsiveness of the rental company were good. The hot tub wasn't working when we checked in and it took a couple of days to resolve, but it worked out fine.

Very Nice House and location

Great layout for bedrooms for multigenerational vacationers. Grandma loved the elevator, pool area was great, kitchen well stocked minus serving spoons and hand towels, close to beach access but public parking near house and lots of foot traffic, hot tub was old , broken and wasn’t fixed, our weekly fee could have bought a new hot tub, management friendly but we were disappointed to arrive and not be able to relax in the advertised hot tub. Bring all your beach accessories, chairs, towels, toys, balls, games because there are none at this house. No baby gate, high chair or cribs. Overall clean except the windows, definitely need cleaning to see out of, unpleasant feel of carpets on top floor, mediocre furniture, great sofa, two ovens and dishwashers were great also, nice outdoor furniture, outside shower basically a spicket. We go to the OBX every summer but probably won’t stay here again although it is overall a very nice house.

Wonderful stay at Sea Breeze

Perfect house for our part of 12! Sea Breeze has everything we needed for the perfect stay at the beach. It's a quick walk to beach access! The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals. We especially loved the pool. It would be great to see an upgraded hot tub as it is showing its age, but what is there is clean and working. Overall, I would highly recommend.

My vacation 8/21

Absolutely loved the house. Very clean. Beds and bathrooms very comfortable My only critique would be outside shower. I love having the outside showers while atOBX. The house had two but nothing enclosed so more of a rinse off then a shower. Also the pool area was wonderful, having the fan and shade made for great cocktail hour after day at beach. Rental company was very easy to work with

June Sea Breeze Review

Overall, the experience in the home was positive. We had never been to OBX and were going in pretty blind, but knew Corolla was a great location!
From walking the neighborhood, the house itself lacks the curb appeal the other rentals do as there is not landscaping like the rest of the hood. The interiors are up for date and generally appealing. The pool lights were broken when we arrived and never fixed before we left. The audio home speaker system was also broken and never fixed by the time we left. Not that this ruined our trip, just a tad annoying.
The location of the home to the beach is perfect!!! And the elevator was key for getting groceries and heavy suitcases to 2nd and 3rd floors.

We had an amazing time!

Everything was amazing at the Sea Breeze from the time we arrived until the time we left. The house was very clean and has been maintained beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the double oven and 2 refrigerators was so helpful. We had 15 people in our party between the 2 families and we were all very comfortable and would absolutely stay here again!

Another great week at the beach!

We stayed again at Sea Breeze in 2020. The house was great again. Very comfortable and right across the street for beach access.

Weather was not too bad this year, only a little rain.

The elevator makes this a really great house! Makes all the difference moving luggage and groceries up to the third floor!

The pool & hot tub & foosball table got some use of course!

First time to vacation at this super comfortable house. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything! You have convenience to the beach access. The swimming pool was sufficient size. And the game room, would be a great place to hang out. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean! Even though we only spent 2.5 days here due to hurricane Dorian, it was enough for us to want to return next year

First time in a great place

We have stayed in Corolla/Wjhalehead for many years now, before now it was at the northern end. This place is a great location and a great house. The elevator was a fantastic help with getting up and down, moving luggage and groceries. The house is huge, plenty of room with bedrooms and bathrooms everywhere. The game room on the lower level was nice. Plenty of deck furniture to use and plenty of deck space. The pool area was nice especially with the "tiki" hut for shade. We already reserved it again for next year!

Relaxing Stay at Sea Breeze 2018

Lovely, well-furnished house. Great location for beach access. Very pleasant and attractive accommodations, well equipped kitchen (though it took a while to find everything). House was very clean, though we did find some empty water bottles left under one bed. House was exactly as described, and the property management was very responsive.

NOTE: one of two dishwashers and one of three ice makers were out of commission the entire week. Flies were a problem in and around the house and pool. The washing machine made a horrible loud noise!

None of the negatives impacted our enjoyment. Lovely week, would definitely rent this property again.

This was our second year renting the Sea Breeze! Despite a few glitches like a/c going out which was fixed within 24 hours, ants in dining room and living room which was taken care of readily and our keyless entry being blocked but was recoded, we had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the pool the short walk to the beach the beautiful sunrises and fellowship with family and friends! We will be back in 2020 as 2019 our two children will be getting married! Thank you for a very good week!

Awesome House!

This house had it all! My family of 12 (adults and teens) stayed at Sea Breeze for a week. Pride of ownership shows in this house. They thought of everything...2 full size dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 additional ice makers, gazebo area by the pool (with a bar, sink and fan), chairs on every deck...I could go on and on. My only complaint is the bunk room in the basement was very small for the amount of furniture in it. My 17 and 20 year old opted to sleep on the couch. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful Wedding Week

This house had everything we needed from enough space to get around and to sleep! The elevator was a blessing for our 80 year old mom plus it was a great help in getting luggage upstairs and groceries to the top floor easily! The pool and hot tub were so welcoming and relaxing! The short walk to the beach was easy and we made new friends in passing! The views were spectacular and the sounds of the ocean were hypnotic! We had a problem checking in but was quickly resolved without incidence! The home was clean and very warm and welcoming! We have already booked again for next year!

Great House, Great Vacation!

We vacation with four families and this home more than meet our needs! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our meals. The house is well kept and very clean. The finishes are beautiful. The outside area around the pool was spacious and the covered cabana provided shade for those wanting to get out of the sun. The home's proximity to the beach access was perfect. This house offered something for everyone (pool, volleyball, pool table). Our teenagers loved the bottom floor. Our children's families and we, their parents, had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze. It is a well appointed, a convenient location only a few yards from the beach. The home looks new, is beautifully painted and in like new condition. The kitchen is spacious allowing multiple people to be working easily together. Our grandchildren with ages 13 thru 2 months old easily kept busy both inside and outside. This place perfectly matched our needs.

Perfect Place!

Sea Breeze exceeded our expectations, this house has EVERYTHING! Kitchen was furnished with all we needed and more-loved the two ice makers! Spacious master bedrooms & baths. So close to the beach, the pool and Tiki hut were phenomenal. Ample room for all 4 families-15 of us from 5 years to 82 years young.

Late Summer Vacation

Sea Breeze was wonderful! Lots of space and very short walk to the beach almost right across the street. Had everything we needed. Tiki bar and pool were great. It would have been nice to have some pantry space in the kitchen to store food but we were able to make do with counter space and cupboards. Behind the house is public beach access parking which didn't affect us since we went at the beginning of off-season but the beach area may have the potential to get a little crowded in the high season. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Everything was clean and updated. We were hit with a tropical storm at the end of our stay but we felt very safe in the house. Would definitely recommend!

The house was great. Met or exceeded my expectations. I have nothing to complain about. Check in was easy, the listing and pictures were accurate and portrayed the house perfectly. It's spacious, decorated and cared for nicely. The pool and tiki bar can't be beat!! Location in relation to beach access is great, just a short walk. I would recommend the house for anyone looking for a great OBX getaway.

We had a fantastic time, our house was perfect!!! Absolutely beautiful!!! The beach was right across the street, and the pool was clean and perfect. On rainy day the house was equipped with a lot of fun things for the family to use. Thank you for making our vacation great !!!!!

We loved the house and have rented it for a week next summer also. The dryer never worked, despite two visits from the repairman, and one of the dishwashers was on its last legs. Hopefully, they will both be replaced by the time we return. Otherwise, everything was great!

Very spacious house where each bedroom has its own bathroom, very important with all adults vacationing together. The tiki bar was an added plus this year, nice shady spot at the pool area. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Vacay Home

Great home to rent for vacay - we brought 11 people (3 families) who fit comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. However there is not a garbage disposal which is an amenity that I am used to and missed horribly! The view and walk to the ocean is great.
