The dishwasher closest to the refrigerator did not work. The AC on the middle and lower levels went out on Thursday at midday. I called on Friday morning, and a person came by and said he would turn it in. We never heard anything else. The temperature was 79 degrees, and my family left early. We did enjoy our stay. I wish Mother Nature were a little more cooperative with the weather.

Everything was wonderful with the house. We had our family there to celebrate our 50Th anniversary and everything was great with the sleeping setup and the beach was two minutes from the house. We have commitments for next year but we will definitely return.

We have been coming to the OBX for 5 years now and this was the nicest house we have stayed in! Clean and well updated. Close proximity to the beach and great pool area when the kids were done in the sand! Great kitchen and well stocked to cook all of our meals at the house. Only reason I didn't give the location 5 stars was with 4 kids under 3 we had to walk in the street to get to the beach access but it was only 1 house over.

Loved Sea Breeze

We enjoyed Sea Breeze! The kitchen was nice and spacious (note: there are NO spices/salt/pepper...nothing...so be sure to bring some). Despite ;Debbies; slight appearance and not being able to go into the ocean a couple days, we took advantage of the pool and hot tub and it was great! Loved the location to the beach and the elevator was a nice bonus for check in and out days. If we were going to have the same amount of people next year, we would re-rent this house. There will be less though.

Family vacation 2023

We had an awesome family vacation at Sea Breeze! The location was perfect for our 3 grandchildren due to the short distance to the beach access. It would have been helpful to have had dish towels in the kitchen, but we were able to purchase a couple after our arrival. Overall an awesome experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Sea Breeze

Perfect house for our part of 12! Sea Breeze has everything we needed for the perfect stay at the beach. It's a quick walk to beach access! The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals. We especially loved the pool. It would be great to see an upgraded hot tub as it is showing its age, but what is there is clean and working. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the house. Very clean. Beds and bathrooms very comfortable My only critique would be outside shower. I love having the outside showers while atOBX. The house had two but nothing enclosed so more of a rinse off then a shower. Also the pool area was wonderful, having the fan and shade made for great cocktail hour after day at beach. Rental company was very easy to work with

We had an amazing time!

Everything was amazing at the Sea Breeze from the time we arrived until the time we left. The house was very clean and has been maintained beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the double oven and 2 refrigerators was so helpful. We had 15 people in our party between the 2 families and we were all very comfortable and would absolutely stay here again!

Another great week at the beach!

We stayed again at Sea Breeze in 2020. The house was great again. Very comfortable and right across the street for beach access.

Weather was not too bad this year, only a little rain.

The elevator makes this a really great house! Makes all the difference moving luggage and groceries up to the third floor!

The pool & hot tub & foosball table got some use of course!

Sweet place

First time to vacation at this super comfortable house. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything! You have convenience to the beach access. The swimming pool was sufficient size. And the game room, would be a great place to hang out. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean! Even though we only spent 2.5 days here due to hurricane Dorian, it was enough for us to want to return next year

First time in a great place

We have stayed in Corolla/Wjhalehead for many years now, before now it was at the northern end. This place is a great location and a great house. The elevator was a fantastic help with getting up and down, moving luggage and groceries. The house is huge, plenty of room with bedrooms and bathrooms everywhere. The game room on the lower level was nice. Plenty of deck furniture to use and plenty of deck space. The pool area was nice especially with the "tiki" hut for shade. We already reserved it again

Late Summer Vacation

Sea Breeze was wonderful! Lots of space and very short walk to the beach almost right across the street. Had everything we needed. Tiki bar and pool were great. It would have been nice to have some pantry space in the kitchen to store food but we were able to make do with counter space and cupboards. Behind the house is public beach access parking which didn't affect us since we went at the beginning of off-season but the beach area may have the potential to get a little crowded in the high season. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Everything was clean and updated. We were hit with a tropical storm at the end of our stay but we felt very safe in the house. Would definitely recommend!

Great Getaway

The house was great. Met or exceeded my expectations. I have nothing to complain about. Check in was easy, the listing and pictures were accurate and portrayed the house perfectly. It's spacious, decorated and cared for nicely. The pool and tiki bar can't be beat!! Location in relation to beach access is great, just a short walk. I would recommend the house for anyone looking for a great OBX getaway.

We loved the house and have rented it for a week next summer also. The dryer never worked, despite two visits from the repairman, and one of the dishwashers was on its last legs. Hopefully, they will both be replaced by the time we return. Otherwise, everything was great!

Wonderful House

Very spacious house where each bedroom has its own bathroom, very important with all adults vacationing together. The tiki bar was an added plus this year, nice shady spot at the pool area. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Vacay Home

Great home to rent for vacay - we brought 11 people (3 families) who fit comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. However there is not a garbage disposal which is an amenity that I am used to and missed horribly! The view and walk to the ocean is great.
