Take advantage of the community cargo lift for the luggage & groceries at this first floor unit.

This 2 bedroom & 2 bath spacious oasis will greet you with a beautiful interior and stunning Ocean Views. Relax in the great room on the plush sofas; a large flat-screen TV will provide some entertaining downtime after a fun-filled day on the beach. The en suite boasts a King bed with its own covered deck and full bath. The second bedroom has two Queen size beds to ensure everyone rests comfortably and in style. A full hall bath is conveniently located just around the corner.

The community boardwalk was recently completed at the complex and provides direct, convenient beach access!

Guest Review July 2022: This was a superb place! Everything was in great condition and clean. We appreciated all the care and detail the owners took to make our stay a great experience. The furnishings, TVs, and cookware was top notch.

Probably the nicest place we had stayed in the 20 plus years we have been coming to OBX. We couldn’t have been happier with everything. Beautiful and clean home in a nice location. I

We really enjoyed staying at “Our Happy Place” and can see why it is called that. The home is spacious, nicely decorated, has everything you need to make your stay easy, and is in a quiet area away from all the traffic. It made our first trip to the OBX very enjoyable. We loved having our morning coffee on the front deck watching the sun rise over the ocean and watching the sun set on the back deck. It is centrally located for touring the entire outer banks. The beach in the area is wide and very clean. Our experience with Beach Realty was easy and they were helpful and very quick to respond with our one question. We would definitely stay again and use them for our reservation.

We took 2 grandkids for vacation with us to the Happy Place. Rental was superb, just on the beach. A lot of species for 4 of us. Clean and nicely maintained and furnished. Our view from balcony beautiful, our favorite place for morning coffee. I will definitely recommend that place for vacation and hope to return to Nags Head

Everything was perfect except that there was no walkway over the dunes to get to the beach. I was surprised that the village didn't require the property owners to have a walkway over the dunes to protect them.

Our stay at Our Happy Place did not disappoint....

From the moment we walked into our vacation rental, Our Happy Place, we were blown away at how clean and spacious the condo was and of course the view of the ocean just made me fall in love with this place!! Well pretty much everything about Our Happy Place made me fall in love with the place! You could tell the owners took pride in their condo and wanted to provide their guests with a wonderful vacation experience. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots of dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, silverware, pretty much anything you could think up including a wonderful Keurig that brewed a pot or a cup of coffee! Once again I want to mention how clean everything in this condo was! The king bed was so comfortable! Although we did not need any extra pillows or blankets it was nice that there were extras available to use if needed. We did add the linen & towel option to our rental so we didn’t have to bring our own with us and we’re happy we did. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect for us! The condo is about 1/2 Mile S of Jeanette’s Pier and 1.5 Miles N of the Outer Banks Fishing Pier. This was the first time we rented through Outer Beaches and we’re also very satisfied with the rental process. The staff was very friendly and attentive to any questions I had. We are already looking forward to our 2023 Mags Head vacation and will definitely be staying in Our Happy Place again.

Great Fall escape! Enjoyed being waterfront. Ideal location near Whalebone Junction. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Medium crockpot. Combo Keurig/pot coffee maker. Beautiful carpet.Very comfortable furniture. Enjoyed mornings on deck. Very easy access to beach.

Fun and sun in OBX

Overall, we had a very nice time at “Our Happy Place”. Spacious, relatively clean, and location was outstanding. Attention to detail is needed however. The fans, and bedrooms were layered in dust and needed cleaning. The “rent your towels and sheets” is petty. Just include it in the cost. How many people pack luggage, and beach trimmings, and then think, oh wait, I need to pack my own towels and sheets. It should be provided as part of the rental. The deck windows were covered with hand prints from previous guests. The beach of course is lovely. The pool was a plus, and well kept. Parking was no problem, once you found the rental. Driveway is shared with another resort/rental. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware. Washer/dryer in unit was great. This is a first...a K-cup coffee maker in unit! Awesome update. I never find k-cup makers in rentals. This was a treat. The decks, both back and front was furnished with very comfortable deck chairs. No toilette paper or starter packs of paper towels, dish sponge, etc.... Again, petty. Provide a starter for guests.
