Ocean Song-K0006D
My husband and I spent a week here and it was wonderful. The condo was spacious with beautiful furnishings. Our favorite part of the condo was the outside deck facing the ocean. We called it a penthouse view because it was four floors up with a total open view (no above structures). The living room had a beautiful vaulted wood covered ceiling. The furniture was comfortable to sit and relax. The kitchen was just the right size with all the amenities needed. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the best part was hearing the ocean lull you to sleep. I believed we enjoyed this condo so much because when we came home from our daily excursions, we felt like we were at home.

Great Place with a few issues
Great place but it has a couple problems. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms are running but with no exhaust happening. This resulted both bathrooms smelling progressively worse. Another issue and something that is allowing water to blow in to the main bedroom. There is no weather stripping on the door frame and that is an easy fix. The ice maker isn't workingOther than those issues it's a great place.

Beautiful, Cozy Condo w/ Amazing Views & dated bathroom fan
Staying at Ocean Song was a great experience. There was mold in the common area bathroom, which seemed to be due to an outdated, loud, dysfunctional exhaust fan. Otherwise, the condo was great! Perfect location to everything anyone could want in a beach vacation. Incredibly beautiful ocean view. One small note would be that bar-height chairs for the deck would be an upgrade. Great location for sunrise lovers
The location was perfect and many of the amenities were lovely. The cleaning between guests was satisfactory and th beds were made. The cleaning crew apparently took the initiative to request that the air filters be changed.
However the white carpeting was very soiled and had not been cleaned in a very long time. The dishwasher and the clothes dryer both had rust inside. The ceiling and walls in the laundry closet had undergone water damage, with peeling paint and mold on the walls and ceiling. The ven

2 nice weeks in OBX
location is great!! easy access to the beach and the grocery stores
the place was clean but needs some attention:
1) burned out lights
2) very dirty carpet
3) leaking hose to clean off sand
4) very old toilets, many flushes to clean them out
5) no place in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes to dry
6) the main shower plumbing is loose and could use an update
7) the main bathroom faucet leaks at the handle
i would recommend this to a friend but with caveats that overall

Peaceful Oceanfront Condo
My husband and I were looking for a COVID-safe beach getaway and wanted something small since it was just the two of us. Ocean Song was perfect! We loved the wonderful deck, ocean sounds and views, the comfortable furnishings and the well-stocked kitchen. As other reviews have mentioned, there are several things that could use an update and the lack of a shower in the master bathroom is a bit odd - but these things really didn't matter to us - we really loved the unit and hope to return some time! It was a great experience. The rental was clean and suited our needs perfectly. It did need some maintenance on the back stairs. I reported. It was also missing beach chairs and umbrella that was listed in the amenities. I would suggest a sign on the buildings as to which is one and two. even the local police didn't know.

Kill Devil Hills vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The unit was on the top floor of the building, just off the dunes, with a huge deck. Consequently there are great views. The unit is spacious, well appointed.
Access to the unit, and the beach, requires use of a three story stairway which could be a problem for some. On the other hand, one must go through the units to access the beach, so the beach is very uncrowded.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was ideal and the outside space was perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach and a great view from the deck. The condo needed some cleaning especially the carpet and upholstery but perhaps it was because it was near the end of the season. We would definitely stay here again.

4th of July Getaway
What an awesome first time at OBX. The check in was easy. We discovered a leak on the toilet and someone was out to fix it right away.
The house was well equipped and felt very relaxing as if it were a home away from home. The deck was so nice to relax on and enjoy the views. We would definitely come back again.
