OBX Perfect Landing is not your typical OBX beach cottage. It was built in 2016 to the highest standards on an elevated lot. The first level has the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite, walk in laundry room, and a powder room. Upstairs has two lovely bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom and plenty of closet and storage space. The east bedroom has phenomenal ocean views. The ground level has a bath and bonus room with a double/single bunk bed.
