Description

Everyone is sure to enjoy a relaxing stay at Oasis. A private pool (16' x 24'), pool furniture, hot tub and more is waiting to welcome you and your family to the Outer Banks! There is even a dry entry into this home from the under cottage parking. Pets are welcome at Oasis and will appreciate accompanying their family to the Outer Banks.

Oasis is located on a large semi-oceanfront lot (just 20 yards to beach), on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ocean Sands, Corolla. The large, well equipped large kitchen will make meal preparation a breeze. There are even 2 refrigerators to accommodate your food and beverages. Everyone will enjoy the outside grilling.

Mid Level: Bedroom w/Queen & Twin w/Trundle, Bedroom w/Twin over Double (Futon), Bedroom w/Queen, Bedroom w/Queen & Bunk Set, Full Hall Bath.

So convenient, good view of the ocean

We have rented Oasis before as it is very short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is very well equipped and the pool is so nice! Will be staying here again.

A Wonderful Week at the Oasis with Family

We stayed at the Oasis the second week of September 2023. Overall the stay was wonderful and the property is very nice. We were lucky enough that Hurricane Lee went up the coast and left us with nice weather in the OBX. This house is older, but well maintained and was clean upon arrival. One or two of the bathrooms vanities and showers were in rough shape, but nothing too bad. The house has plenty of space and a nice kitchen/dining/living room area. Overall, Oasis was a great vacation rental.
Location: Easy walk to the beach
House: Plenty of room for a family of eleven, 6 adults/5children
Kitchen: very well stocked (and labeled) for all our cooking and baking
needs.
Bedrooms: Comfortable beds. Beds were made up upon arrival.
Bathrooms: Clean. Outdated- who cares. Served the purpose intended.
Pool: Pool was clean and somewhat private. Pool light available for night

The kitchen is well stocked and cabinets are marked as to where everything belongs, very convenient. The house is well cared for and close to the beach and to shopping. Our family enjoyed our time there and would return.

Best Bang for the Beach Buck

Close enough to the water to see it AND hear it without paying ocean front prices. The walk to the beach is minimal; across the culdesac. The beach isnt crowded! The pool is a great alternative to the sandy beach. The house itself is well equipped with plenty of space AND bathrooms. There were 8 of us plus two small dogs and we had room to breathe. Excellent location and accommodations.

M Family and Friends Vacation

We had such a lovely time! The house is right off the beach and the walk way is super close. I was worried with out geriatric pup, but she did great! The house has been painted white which threw me at first, but it was a wonderful home. Thank you!

the pool is fabulous my dad stayed in it almost always, dad just had knee replacement so the steps were a problem for him, mom was able to surf fish, every one of us had a great vacation (9) of us. will rent this properly again

Wonderful Location

Very easy check in. Located within easy driving distance to grocery stores, shopping and dining. The beach area was fantastic. Lots of room for our family. The pool was very nice and clean

Perfect Location

House was situated on a beautiful culdesac, only a few steps away from a boarded walk to the beach. Pool was located at a perfect area, so it was in the sun all day long. Woke up to sparkling ocean sunrises. Great view from upper deck and you could hear waves crashing on beach clearly. Could also see sunset from upper deck.

The house has a great setup with plenty of rooms & 4 full bathrooms. The pool & hot tub very nice. Very close to beach which is a requirement for us. My main complaint stems from an inadequate stocked kitchen, no cutting boards & no regular sized frying pan. We were proactive in bringing 1 of each so we made do, but cooking could have been way easier if house was stocked.

A week at the Beach

We enjoyed our week there. The location was perfect. The beach was a short walk. Grocery stores and the light house were close by. However, the property does need some serious updating. The laminate was coming off of some of the cabinets and the fans blades were very dirty. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the kids loved them both. We were very fortunate that we had power even though Hermine had come through the day of the arrival. Also a plus was the wifi accessibility.
Manager Response: The owner already has plans to work on the updating matters which you mentioned for next rental season. So glad that your family did not loose power during the storm as so many other guests and businesses did. It was great that you did have the pool with the ocean being so rough and not accessible due rip currents and very high surf. Please join us for many vacations in the future.

a little bit of tender loving care

house needs a new refrigerator in kitchen not cold needs garbage disposal rails on upper deck are loose and very dangerous kitchen cabinets needs to be cleaned and wiped down feel greasy and sticky need light bulbs in ceilings and lamps other than those few things we liked the house

Great family house

This was a great house for our family - 6 adults, 2 kids & 2 dogs. So close to the beach that we could go over in the morning, take a break & walk back later. The layout of the house gave everyone the privacy needed. A couple things are a little dated, but everything was functional. The pool was a great size. We'd definitely come back here.
