We had a wonderful week! The house was clean upon arrival, linens were placed in their perspective guest rooms and some beds were already made. I was so happy that the house did not have a pet odor as I had expected, this made me very excited. After a huge storm one evening we woke up to the air conditioning not working. We called the rental company immediately, however they did not open until later. By 3pm the AC was up and running - unfortunately the temperature in the house got up to 84 in the meantime - not ok for our 4 legged family member. Other than that the only complaint was about the pool, by Wednesday the pool was gross! Algea around the blowers, sand in the bottom (despite the fact that we showered before getting in the pool), and there were a ton of bugs, frogs, and other living things in the pool. When I asked the rental company about it they said they only check the chemical levels halfway through the week, they don't clean it. Sorry but that is gross, especially considering I made them aware on day 2 of our stay that the pool net was dry rotted and unable to be used to clean the pool outselves.

We had a great stay. Good distance to the beach and pool was great. Thank you for letting us bring our dog. The air took a little time to catch up when we arrived and turned it up but it did.

The house was everything that it advertised to be. Location is great with a very short walk to the beach and just a mile from the grocery store and shopping. The home was clean, fresh smelling, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for our family who likes to make meals at home and grill out. The night light/sign located at the hot tub did not work as the power cord was missing. Many of the beach chairs were broken and the 1 remaining body board was broken. We would suggest adding an air fryer for future seasons. We will consider this property in future years.

Lowe Tide was the perfect house for our week at the beach. The property was in good condition, a perfect short distance from beach access, and well stocked with all the necessary ammenities. The photos and floorplans provided on the website were an accurate representation of the house which was helpful for planning our stay. The realty company was exceptionally responsive to all of our requests. The only negative for us was the beds in the twin and pyramid rooms were not super comfortable and squeeky/noisy to sleep in (not uncommon for a rental though). Overall I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

This was our first rental of the property. There were some issues that we encountered during our week, but the response from the reality company was great. Upon arrival the 2nd floor bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder were off the wall and laying on sink counter and toilet paper holder was missing from master bath - maintenance came out the same day and fixed it. Midweek AC stopped working. Maintenace came out within an hour and had HVAC sent to fix it immediately. Last day the hot tub was severely leaking water from underneath which emptied the unit. That was not fixed prior to departure. Overall, the home was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Great location!

This was our first year down. The very next day my girlfriend told me to book it again! Had such a great time - much relaxing and close to everything. Looking forward to next year already!

The decking was not in great shape particularly around the hot tub. Should consider replacing or repairing.

The house was overall in great shape. Maybe a little more on the housekeeping. There could have been a little more finesse in the cleaning . But overall the house was great. It was our best week yet!!!

it was an excellent stay. Accommodations were clean, and guests enjoyed all of the amenities. We would absolutely recommend and would consider staying at again.

What a great house and a great time. The property was awesome.... it had everything great time we needed for a great week. The kitchen had everything we needed especially sharp knifes and this late in the season what a plus. The weather was not great but,the house was great.

The house was perfect! So close to the beach which is what we needed for all out little ones and the pool made the evenings great for play and cooling off. Close to everything, we actually jogged to get duck donuts!!! The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach and the rental company was wonderful to work with. Would def recommend to everyone!

The house was wonderful!!! It was clean, updated and in a perfect location. It’s a short walk to the beach and it has a nice pool. I will definitely rent this house again.

This is the second year in a row for Thanksgiving. Goodtime. Just to report a few things, plumbing was an issue, got fixed the second day. All the sinks drain runs slow. Thanks for having a pet house. The furniture and rugs need deep clean. Wish the pool was heated. Deck Furniture needs to be replace. I understand this property has a new owner. please pass these on. Hope to see you all next year

We love this property for several reasons. One being the close proximity to beach. The second being a pool to relex in the evening or the hot tub, both great when your adult children are with you.
I am a fan of how the house is layed out Master upstairs other 3 bedroom down one level. The 2 bathrooms help us get ready for evenings after spending day on beach.
Will rent again & again...
Love to go to Sun Dogs, food is great & Fat Crabs, also with great food & BBQ. Both are in Corolla.

The house is in a wonderful location and has all the ammenties to make a great vacation. It's exactly as it was described during booking and very clean. No complaints

Our rental house was great. The distance from the beach was good (2 minute walk). We enjoyed having our own pool (good size). The house was clean and in good shape. The ceiling fans upstairs make a little noise otherwise no problems.

The house was great beside the small TVs. With house being low we could not get a car underneath the house. So there was not enough parking. Overall a good place to stay and you could see the ocean from the deck upstairs

Our stay at the beach was great. This was the first year we didn't want to leave. The house was in a good location however it was not clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and in the door tracks. The cleaning service stopped and took care of the bugs. We also did not receive a welcome package as we have in recent years. All in all this was a great vacation.

The home was lovely-close to the beach. Pool was also wonderful. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Wish there had been more deck furniture.
The home was clean enough-I may be little to neat. There was dust that I thought house cleaning could have gotten, All in all we had a great time.

The location was very nice - convenient to beach and groceries, restaurants, etc. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen - but there were traps out and the activity diminished. Very well stocked kitchen - LOVED LOVED LOVED. Even had kitchen linens. Not a lot of common space - just the adjoining family, dining, kitchen. Don't see how 12 people could "hang out" together if they wanted to; many other houses have 2 common areas. But the pool, fenced in area and hot tub were fantastic as well. And great having a beach cart. Overall very happy and would recommend the property and would stay there again.
