Great large group house with a 4-minute walking distance to the pool or beach. Highly recommend !

Rental was wonderful the property was in great shape and the house was well kept. Mattresses were a little worn but comfortable.

This house was a nice short walk to the beach. Very quaint and we felt like we were at home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Really liked the view out of the kitchen windows, you could see the ocean while you're cooking dinner.

Planned a vacation for two weeks to reconnect with my adult children (we vacationed regularly on the banks until 2000) and got a pet friendly house oceanside. It was nice. There were six of us and we weren't crowded. The community pool was a nice surprise for me, and I swam laps every morn. A nearby restaurant that was surprisingly good: Urban Kitchen. We played in the surf everyday too.

Location - about a 5 min walk to the beach. Anyone not familiar with Corolla beaches, beware. You have to climb about 25 steps on a wooden boardwalk to get over the dunes to the beach. It is quite the feat when you have 4 small children and a big beach cart. It is extremely difficult to get your beach cart down to the sand, so we opted not to bring it subsequent visits. Beautiful beach, but definitely a work out to get there. The beaches are not like that where I am from, so I was surprised by this.

It is about a 5 min walk to the pool. The pool is big and clean, and there is a separate children's pool. I definitely recommend

Outside the House: There may be games outside, but don't expect to use them unless you want to be eaten alive by mosquitoes. There was a swampy area behind the house so I am not exaggerating when I say there were hundreds of mosquitoes around the house. Not the fault of the owners, but just a heads-up to future renters. Also, there was a charcoal grill on the property (not on the listing and when I called the rental agency, I was told there was no grill, but there was) and my brother was eaten alive by the mosquitoes when he grilled the one night. It was actually pretty funny to everyone else inside the house.

Inside the House: very big and pretty clean. We did have an ant outbreak in the kitchen about 3 days in, but we moved the food and cleaned the area and didn't seem to have a problem later on. I didn't contact the rental agency about the ants because we had a refrigerator issue earlier in the week (the fridge took over 2 days to actually get cold) and that took forever to resolve. The kitchen is well stocked with almost anything you'd need. The microwave is probably older than me, but it worked. Also, no kcup machine.

The house needs a bit of updating. The windows are rotting and some water damage on ceiling but that happens in that area.

This was our family vacation so we needed a house with at least five bedrooms and this fit the bill. The beach access was fairly close as was the pool. The house also had a hot tub which was an added bonus. The house looked well cared for and was in good condition. There was enough space for everyone to sit at the table for meals and to sit in the living area when we were all together.

Love the design of the house. Newly painted decks. Needs new deck chairs and tables. Took occupancy early, house was clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Stayed 2 yrs in a row and considering another year.

The house was great for all 13 people in our group. Plenty of space and close to everything. Can't wait to visit again!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house is a short distance to the beach. The house is also spacious and very equipped. But, it has not been maintained. Blinds broken, Sliding doors don't lock and broken. Non-the-less we had an enjoyable time.

Just terrific! The house is perfect for our family. We love the quiet street and short walk to the beach. Access to the community pool is really fun for an end of the day dip for our young grandchildren. Thank younger sharing your home with our family.

We have stayed in this vacation rental home twice before and really enjoyed it. Its nothing fancy but works well for our family. We love the access to the awesome community pool and the short walk to the beach access.
