Unit 3E, Dune View, is a perfect choice for couples and small families. This unit offers a bedroom with a Queen, a loft with two twins and a sleep sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen and dining area for your family to gather for a meal. Spend you days relaxing by the two community pools, or take a short stroll to the beach and enjoy swimming in the Atlantic Ocean or bathing in the sun!

Easy walk or drive to public beach access. Condo was located in a quiet and safe location. Plenty to do in the area for a family. Beach Realty was very responsive through phone and text.

If you're looking for a cozy little condo that has partial stay availability then look no further than TBE3. We had 3 adults on our trip. We did not spend a ton of time in the space but the time that we did; it was sufficient for our needs. The loft is a neat feature. It was not a far walk to the beach and the pool is just across the parking lot from the condo. Some of the furniture is a little dated, there were water stains on the lampshade in the bedroom, and there are some fruit flies to contend with. What it lacks in looks it makes up for in charm. I would stay here again

The place was as the pictures show, it was clean and well-maintained. Just fine for four people, the kids loved the loft. Great location, short 2 block walk to the beach. Dishes were sub-par for cooking, bring your favorites from home. Linens didn't fit the bed, which was annoying for $109 fee, but we made it work. Staff in the office was great, definitely follow instruction of calling when you get on island, you may get in early. Definitely consider early check in so you can cross the bridge by 11am, traffic is BAD otherwise. Great stay!
