Upper Level: Great Room w/TV/DVD, Dining Area w/8 Chairs (seating expanded to 10 w/leaf), Kitchen Bar w/4 Bar seats, Coffee Bar / Wine Bar, Kitchen is fully stocked, Powder Room, Bathroom with Tub,  Awesome views from almost every window, Adirondack Chairs and Porch Furniture, Direct Beach Access across the street.

Pool Heat Fee: $300
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors. Pool heater will not function below 60 degrees air temperature.
