Luxuries such as new extra deep mattresses (which will be made in preparation for your arrival), a stove with double oven, refrigerator with icemaker, TVs that will allow for streaming, easy game hookup, a TV in every bedroom, a baby/dog gate for every level, along with a music system for CD's. This home also boasts an air purification system with a unit installed on both levels. And because they know that there is 'heated' debate as to which grill is better, gas or charcoal, they have thoughtfully provided both for your enjoyment.  You will also find plenty of beach chairs already provided for your trips to the beach.  The home is approximately 600 yards to the ocean for that day in the sun.
