Whether you choose to relax by the luxurious private pool, retreat to one of the 6 King master bedroom suites for that all important nap or quiet time or choose to be adventurous and cane pole fish for bass and catfish at the community pond nearby, your every need is addressed beyond your expectations whether you are inside or outside at this beautifully appointed home.

Location is key when you are at BEACH CABANA, minutes to great restaurants and shopping whether going up to Duck or Corolla, or heading to Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, you'll be back at Beach Cabana in no time.

After a day of fun and sun on the Beach, relax in the PRIVATE POOL (pool heated by heat pump-ambient air temperature of 60 degrees needed to heat the pool); or soak in your private hot tub. Outside bathroom by pool for your convenience after a day at the beach. A beautiful covered Cabana Bar which boasts a wall mounted flat screen TV which swivels for better viewing, refrigerator, microwave, sink (hot & cold water) table with high bar stools under roof, also bar stools around front side of the bar area. This is all located right next to the pool for those great poolside festivities and there is even rope lighting for evening gatherings as well. Gather the family after dinner in the GAME ROOM w/pool table, microwave, icemaker and wet bar for a special family time with games and activities. With 9 CATV/DVD combos everyone can watch their own shows, or gather in the main room for movie time. Theater Room with 3D, BluRay, surround sound with 60" FLAT Screen TV and beautiful theater seating.

Beach Cabana has everything to make your visit most enjoyable from stereo, wireless internet access, Nintendo, highchair, pack-n-play, gas grill and many levels of decks. Every member of your family has their needs met in abundance. Bring your four-legged family members (dogs) to enjoy your Outer Banks trip to Beach Cabana with the family.

Crapy weather, but great house!

Wonderful Week at the Beach!

The home was lovely, and we appreciated the kitchen amenities! Very close proximity to the neighborhood fishing pond, the ocean, and the town of Duck. The house was big enough for our family of 10 and we all enjoyed having our own space, and a large top floor gathering area. Would recommend to others!

I really enjoyed my stay everything was nice other than the pool light did not work. I called for service and was told someone was going to come and fix them and no one came or contacted me the whole week I was there. I was in contact via phone and text message with a Megan and Lynn. And both ladies informed me they were placing a service for someone to come out and no one came. That was disappointing since I booked this house in hopes for a nice pool light setting for my wedding that took place this week.

The house in general is great with bikes, beach chairs which we stop bringing.I only asked Beach Realty for two things, to have the pool and hot tub cleaned and to fix a screen on the screen porch.I was told the pool people come on Tuseday or Wednesday they never show.We will book this again only because of the house not because the service from Beach Realty of NC. I hope they do a better job next year. Its not asking too much for a clean pool and hot tub which we us a lot. The rent has'nt gone down but the service has I hope the owner see's this review. We've rented this house for many years and hope to continue in the furture but if the service does'nt step up we might look elseware.

Wonderful home with lots of space for many people! Love the pool area, short walk to beach, deck space, large kitchen, etc. Only issue was we couldn't find the parking pass to ride to the beach (it was only 1/4 mile but my husband had a knee replacement recently. We called every day about the pass, but never got one.

Great Family Vacation Home

The property was awesome! It had everything we expected and then some. There were at least 10 beach chairs, plenty of pool toys and games. There were also a lot of movies but it’s a good idea to bring any favorites your family might like. Each bedroom has a chair which has always been appreciated by my elderly mom. The kitchen was well stocked, we even made a cake! The beach was a 2-3 minute walk down the street. The kids especially loved the theater and the cabana was great! I can’t say enough about how terrific it was!

A perfect house! Had everything we needed and more. Clean, spacious, and well equipped for a large family vaca. Close walk to the beach. Shops and so much more within a short driving distance. This was our 2nd time staying here and they’ve made even more updates which I didn’t think was possible. We love the huge pool that has a gas grill and small kitchen conveniently at pool side. Overall, excellent house and amenities. Very clean, spacious, and pet friendly. Heated pool was terrific. Location to the beach was ideal which resulted in being able to go watch breathtaking sunrises without any fanfare. Elevator and carts were very helpful. The theater room needs a furniture upgrade. The hot tub jets were weak and the area is a little dreary. Needs a little color to liven up the area. Definitely would rent the house again.

Awesome time at the beach

The house is just a short walk to the beach. The house is beautiful but a little run down. The jets were not working properly in the jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bedroom. The hot tub jets were not working very well either. The movie room chairs are old and the leather is falling off in big pieces. They were all over the floor. Overall, we had a great time. The upstairs is big enough to accommodate puzzles, games and still eat. There are a lot of pool toys and floats available to use. The pool area was awesome.

Great Week at the Beach

This house was perfect for our group. Great pool and cabana area gave us no reason to leave the house. We did make the short walk to the beach and had plenty of room to ourselves. The street is a dead end, so very little traffic. House has everything you’ll need, including a grill at the cabana and a second one on the top floor. So convenient! Looking forward to going back!

House Approved by Everyone in the Family!

This was our first year renting the house and we had a combination of adults and young children staying there. The house was well-suited for everyone in the family, with plenty of amenities. The walk to the beach was easy and short and the pool and outdoor bar area were great for when we didn't want to spend the day at the beach. We felt that a one week stay really wasn't enough to enjoy everything the house had to offer!

My family has been coming to the Outer Banks for the last 25+ years and this is by far one of the best houses we have stayed in. The 6 master suites make it great for our family and significant others and the huge living area could be enjoyed by everyone at once. We have renewed the house for next year and would highly recommend the house to friends and family.

The ice maker didn't seem to work while we were there and the pots and pans could use a little updating in the kitchen. But overall, the house was in great shape and we can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of items that make vacation even better, bikes, beach carts, and floats for the pool (we added some new ones as well!). Grills are in excellent shape. Lots of dishes and silverware. Loved having multiple refrigerators as well as double dish washers and washer/dryer. If we have the chance to come back, we would definitely stay again!

This house was very clean and comfortable and was fully stocked with everything our family wanted. The main living area is huge with plenty of seating. The kitchen had 2 big refrigerators plus there were refrigerators at the pool bar and outside the theater room. There are 2 grills, one near the kitchen and one at the pool. Elevator was convenient. Tons of board games and bikes in various sizes for the family.

Beach Cabana was equipped with more than expected from the large stash of pool floats, bikes, beach carts, and equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the dining room and living room had plenty of seating. The elevator was a huge help. The pool was so refreshing. Wonderful week at Beach Cabana!

We have stayed in the OBX for family reunions (12-20 people) 18 times in the past 23 years. The Beach Cabana property was one of our favorites. Highlights: a shaded cabana with a microwave and full size fridge next to the pool, a commercial size fridge in the kitchen that easily held 6 gallons of milk, a couple cases of water, and all our food, 6 king masters (and the two top floor masters had a short hallway with a door that served to deaden noise), a theater room, an elevator with two carts, a grill by the pool and the top deck, a short walk to the beach, being south of Duck/Corolla (shorter drive), and a responsive manager when we texted any questions. Superb property!

We have stayed in a number of properties in the Outer Banks. Beach Cabana is by far the cleanest, nicest decorated and well equipped house we have stayed.

BEST HOUSE EVER!

This was our first time staying in Southern Shores / Duck and we were not disappointed. We had 12 in our party ranging in age from 12 to 90 and there was something for everyone. The house was clean and well apportioned! They had everything - elevator, beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, pool toys, sand toys, plenty of space for everyone, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, 2 washers 2 dryers, you get the idea!
The real draw was the 6 master bedrooms all with king beds, own bathroom, and balcony. The kids had their own great spaces too and the pool table and movie theater were a hit! The short walk to the beach was awesome as well.
Our only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that we wished the salt water pool was cooler. It was very warm due to the heat outside and nature of salt water pools but all questions were answered promptly and it is clear that the owner puts a lot of time into making sure this house is well taken care of!
Highly Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Beach Cabana, the only reason we have not stayed here more often is because it hasn't been available. The location is good, the house is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with quality items and appliances and includes a great selection of barware.

A vacation to remember and cherish!

Beach Cabana is a beautiful, spacious house with exquisite decor whose owners seem to anticipate your every need. Our extended family of 14 had a delightful stay enjoying our time together but were able to retreat to the rec room, the theater room, the many decks, the swimming pool or our own rooms whenever we needed some private time away. Although we experienced a couple of issues/problems during our stay, Beach Realty was quick to respond to rectify any problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Beach Cabana to all of my friends!!

Love Beach Cabana

This was our 4th consecutive year staying at Beach Cabana. It is perfect for our family summer vacation;something for everyone(20 month old granddaughter to 82 yr old grandad) Close to Duck for shopping, biking, boardwalks and close to the ocean.We don't want to stay anywhere else.

We enjoyed the house and plan to stay there again. There several problems, though: Ice maker was frozen up; One of the freezer lights was out and door difficult to use; one of the media room power chairs didn't work; one pair of 3D glasses was shattered when we arrived, one had missing batter cover, Only one of the others worked (battery problem?); Screen on screened in porch pulled out on front side by grill.

This house was just beautiful, spacious and a perfect lay out to enjoy all the amenities! The only negative was the advertising of available bikes on the property. They were not in working condition. If you want to ride, bring your own bikes or rent them. They should take the bikes off the list of amenities unless they maintain them. During busy season, it may be an issue if you can't find bike rentals. Otherwise, perfect!!

It has been several years since we had a 'family vacation' due to the growing needs of our family. We carefully researched vacation homes in the Outer Banks before choosing Beach Cabana. This home was the perfect space for all of us! It accommodated all of the needs in the family (from the great kitchen to the beautiful bedrooms to the media room, outside pool space, etc., etc.).
