Family OBX vacation
Loved the house...very clean, views wonderful, beach access wonderful,supplied nicely with everything we needed for the week! Wish the pool had been a little bit bigger but it worked. Thank you for having us!! Ps: loved the lift ❤️

On the BEACH
Great house although living area was somewhat small for 10 people. The pool was great for small children and a quick dip to cool off for adults. The walk to the beach access was not bad at all, maybe 5 min.
Housekeeping could have been a little better, beds looked like sheets and bedspreads were thrown on but beds themselves very comfy. House could use a few updates. Laundry room outside is somewhat of a inconvenience and carport was in need of cleaning. Blown off or washed down. Overall great location

The house was perfectly located across the street from the beach and pet friendly. Bring your sneakers there are alot of stairs.

Clean vacation rental.....great layout and location

Very Good Experience
We annually rent a vacation beach house with family and friends, either in the OBX, or MD/DE beaches. This house was the cleanest and in the best condition of all the houses we ever rented. The location was great. This was the first time we rented a house that wasn't beachfront and we were worried using a public beach access would result in a crowded beach. However, that was not the case. walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The view and everything was as pictures and described online. Excellent layout and very open and bright space. Easy beach access and close to awesome dining options. Loved all the things provided in the home and all the options for private baths. We felt comfortable and already booked again for next year.

The house was great. The only problem was the pile of dirty, towels from the previous week. They made the lower stairwell smell terrible so we moved them outside where they sat for another 3 days. I sent multiple texts and it was finally resolved with a couple phone calls.

The home was very clean and ready for us at the appointed time. The home has all the amities that you need plus more. The third floor balcony Was very comfortable and had great views. The hot tub on the street side was great to relax in at night and watch the traffic or the waves hit the beach.

Our vacation was Great ���� just a few problems. Upon arriving the driveway and underneath the house was flooded and laundry room and pool, they cleaned up But it was still a mess stuff laying around, I think we left the place cleaner than when we got there. Well equipped rental property. Conveniently located to shopping, including restaurants and grocery stores. It is greater than 50 feet to the beach access; however, still an easy walk with no stairs. Our family enjoyed our stay.

A Week at the Beach
We had a great time at this property! No complaints overall. A little sandy here and there, but that's to be expected. The bathrooms could've used a deeper cleaning in areas. A lot of dirt and hair left around the toilet and sinks. Very accommodating overall. Really enjoyed the upper deck and pool along with the music next door.

PARADISE IN KITTY HAWK
We thoroughly enjoyed our week vacation at the ON THE BEACH property. tt was clean, spacious and just right across the street from the beach access.
The pool was cleaned 2x during the week. All of the appliances were functional and the kitchen was stocked with all necessities.
The washer and dryer are on the ground floor in a separate structure from the house by the pool. The appliances were new and clean.

The size and bedroom situation was perfect for our party of 8. Access to the beach was great. Location next to restaurant gave no problem but the noise of air conditioners was a bit bothersome at night as well as ceiling fans being noisy. Some family members who require very dark rooms for sleep wished the shades were a bit darker. The burners on the stove seemed to need cleaning as even boiling water sometimes set off the smoke detector. This house was fine but we all felt that our last two houses, M

Pool, hot tub, pool table, PS3, ocean views, short walk to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need. Amazing DVD collection. Tv in every bedroom is a bonus for me time before bed for everyone. Only thing that can make it better is a screened in covered area over the hot tub to the house up too to keep the mosquitoes out on rainy days and evenings after it rained and there's no wind and also a gate at the top of the steps on the front steps since it's a pet friendly house.

Beautiful home, great location!
Gorgeous, spacious home, great location, terrific amenities. We enjoyed our stay at this home, the music from the bar next door was a nice addition and not at all too loud, and ended at 9 each night and could only be heard outside the house, not inside. Everything was exactly as advertised and overall we have no complaints,but prefer Nags Head, so we will check there for homes in the future. Thank you for sharing your property with us, we had a wonderful time!

My/families experience was great. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. It would've been helpful to have toilet paper,a roll of paper towels and a garbage bag there when we arrived but all worked out ok. It also would have been helpful to no that the pool was stained brown (not dirty) I felt bad calling in maintenance only to find out it was stained. The pool taker was very nice and professional and retested all the chemical levels and they were all perfect. I would definitely recommend this p

Loved the house with the pool and pool table. Wonderful location! The laundry room had clothes and and dirty blanket in it. It wasn't cleaned. There was spots on the carpet. It could use a new stove. But other then that lived it!
