The well stocked kitchen highlights a desirable layout with a pantry, island, dining seating for thirteen, and access to the screened porch that leads to the rooftop deck to experience spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Also included on this level are a king en suite bedroom with a private balcony overlooking open space, a powder room, and an east facing deck to soak up the salt air and ocean breezes. 

The mid level has two covered decks, a large den, a king en suite bedroom, a queen en suite bedroom, and a bedroom with two twins. 

The well appointed lower level will entertain your family with a huge game room with pool table, game table, and wet bar with full size refrigerator. Sleeping accommodations include a king bedroom, bedroom with two bunk sets, full hall bath, and laundry area. Access to the pool area.  

The fun continues outside with a private saltwater pool and hot tub. An outside shower washes away the salt and sand and two grills provided for cooking those amazing summer meals. 

Enjoy the wide sandy beaches of Corolla and delight in the convenience of local shops, restaurants and attractions just a short walk or bike ride away on the multi-use paths!
