4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS CELEBRATIONS

Outer Banks Fireworks for the 4th Map of locations

Keep reading to find the best fireworks spectacles and other Fourth of July events. Come early with a blanket to claim your spot if you want to join the crowds.

Or indulge in the ultimate experience and rent a home close to the action! The piers (Avalon in Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head Fishing Pier) are great places to catch the fireworks over the ocean.  We recommend booking a home right on the beach or a row back so you can watch the show from the privacy and convenience of your vacation home. You can also book a home close to Historic Corolla Park and bike or walk to the show if you plan ahead.

Or head out on the water—rent a boat or bring your own and sit out in the sound to catch the waterfront Manteo display from Roanoke Island. With four shows going on simultaneously, you are sure to catch at least one or more if you find the right spot!

As shown on the map, there are four places to watch magnificent fireworks displays. Depending on your vacation destination, you can choose the venue closest to you!
