Our standard pet-friendly home policy limits guests to bring two adult, house-trained dogs with the purchase of the pet fee. However, this group of homes allows 3 or more dogs per stay. (Owner approval and/or additional pet fees may be required). Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 2 dogs.

Chose Beach Realty because we are a family of dog lovers. Beach Realty is the only realty company I found in the OBX that allows us a choice of home rentals that allow multiple dogs more than 2. Others restrict dogs to only 2. Beyond that initial attraction to this rental company, they are very accommodating and efficient. I have no complaints whatsoever with how they interacted with us in scheduling and seeing to our needs during our stay at the OBX. Thank you for your hospitality!
