Ocean Sands O (Ocean Lakes)
Ocean Sands section O is a part of the Ocean Sands North community (Sections D-Q)
Each section offers these custom amenities:
TENNIS COURTS: Courts are located in sections D, F, and J and are available for use to all renters in properties staying in any Ocean Sands community.
PICKLE BALL COURTS: Courts are located in sections D, E, and O. D & E courts are available for use to all renters in properties staying in any Ocean Sands community.
COMMUNITY POOLS: Section O offers a private community pool and tennis courts for use by members of the Ocean Lake Swim & Tennis Club only. Passes are required.
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: Only owners and their guests staying on property may use their assigned beach access.
LARGE FRESH WATER LAKE: a stocked, seven-acre lake perfect for fishing and kayaking can be enjoyed by anyone staying in any Ocean Sands community. No motorized toys or water crafts are permitted.
Please note: Golf carts are NOT permitted in Sections D-Q. These are private roads, subject to the rules of the homeowner's association.
Ocean Sands has special rules and regulations regarding parking, pets, prohibited vehicles such as RV's, golf carts, trailers, and more. Please review all regulations below.
