Ocean Sands South (Section B)
The subdivisions of Ocean Sands South are comprised of sections A, B, and C.
With its excellent location between Duck and Corolla, Ocean Sands South offers expansive ocean views, uncrowded beaches, and large lots while being conveniently located to shopping, and great entertainment, including golf and restaurants. A paved path for pedestrians and cyclists (The Corolla Greenway) connects all of Ocean Sands up to Whalehead.
Please note: Standard and LSV carts are permitted in sections A, B, & C ONLY. Golf carts are NOT permitted in Sections D-O. These are private roads, subject to the rules of the homeowner's association. Do not rent or operate a golf cart or LSV in Ocean Sands unless it is in sections A,B, or C.
Ocean Sands South has special rules and regulations regarding parking, pets, prohibited vehicles such as trailers, and more.
