Downtown Manteo transforms into the ultimate spooky destination for the entire month of October! This immersive, month-long celebration takes over the social district with attractions and activities for both adults and children.
Event Highlights:
- The "13" Experience: Explore 13 uniquely themed pop-up bars (featuring themes like pirate ghost ships and vampire lounges), 13 eerie inns, 13 spooky shops, and 13 special events throughout the month.
- Adult Passport Challenge: Grab a Halloween Island Passport and collect stamps at the 13 participating pop-up bars. Completing the passport unlocks rewards and earns entries into a grand prize raffle.
- Kids' Quest: Children can join the fun with a special trick-or-treat style quest at participating downtown shops to earn their own festive prizes.
- Community Impact: Proceeds and exclusive merchandise sales directly benefit local families in need through partnerships with the Outer Banks Community Foundation and the Outer Banks Relief Foundation.
