The home is very large and the location is great. We had multiple adults and children and everyone had a great time. The furniture is appropriate for the home.

home was set up well and worked for the 14 of us. The kitchen was well appointed.
Beach reality was very helpful, and the few minor things were corrected quickly with a smile. The house was clean. he only drawback to this property was the very difficult climb off the beach to the stairs. I would compare this to to an oceanside home with short access to beach. the ocean is visible from the third floor but the beach was not.

Location is excellent. Near supermarket and stores. House is very well appointed, kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable and met our needs. We especially liked the cabana at pool. Decks had comfortable furniture. Beach Realty was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to our needs and was great with communication.

Ohana is a lovely home!

Beach Realty did a fantastic job the whole week. We loved the house! It was pretty well cleaned when we arrived. Under the kitchen sink had been missed and there was a vacuum sitting in the kitchen. Some areas did not look vacuumed and the kitchen counter had sand on it, but overall it was clean. The view of the ocean is beautiful from the top floor deck, but because of the dunes you cannot see the beach. A few suggestions. New mattresses! And felt pads on the legs of the kitchen chairs. Other than that, a wonderful week in a beautiful home and thank you to Beach Realty for being organized and responsive.

Nice house great location

There is a nice covered area with comfy chairs by the pool. Perfect for relaxing in the shade while watching the kids swim.

good location

clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Pool not open( homes on either side of this rental had people enjoying their pools) but fireplace not available either. Not sure if owners couldn't decide what season it was so we did not get amenities for either.

Oh dear! This homes listing advertises the fireplace info: "Gas Fireplace-Dec.-Mar." and the pool info: **2022 Pool Dates: 4/16 - 10/29**. Unfortunately, you missed the pool opening by one week! The owner takes great pride in their home & kitchen inventory, they will be pleased to hear the kitchen stock was great!
