Great Vacation Home
I have rented Shell Yeah for many years, more then 10 years. Evey year the owners are always updating the many amenities that the home offers. This year, totally upgraded the pool and pool area, remodeled some bathrooms andinstalled all new landscaping. Replaced dining area seating with 16 new chairs. I could go on.

Fabulous House
This house gets better every year. The new pool is wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need including a waffle iron. I always bring mine but it broke while there so it was amazing that they have one. The rooms are so spacious and attractive. I feel so spoiled when I am there by the amount of space in each room. There is so much deck space and our day began sitting out on different decks and enjoying the view.

This is our 5th year renting Shell Yeah and it just gets better each year. The new pool and pool area was awesome and the new showerhead in the top floor master bedroom bathroom made up for the shower being slightly small. The new chairs for the bar and table were great. We have already asked for to be put on the schedule for our same week in 2027. Suggestions are early check in to be made available for this house and new showerhead in the other top floor master bedroom master bath. We have 17 people in our party each year and always have plenty of room. Everyone in our party are already looking forward to 2027. Owner obviously takes care of this property.

Fabulous house
This is our third year and we couldn't be more grateful for this house. It is spacious and tastefully decorated and has a new pool. The owners are always making it better and better every year. The fact that there is a bathroom for every room and extra beds tucked in is amazing. The elevator is a game changer for loading all your stuff.The three refrigerators make storing all your food a breeze. They have a closet filled with sand toys, chairs, sports equipment, etc. They have bikes to use. The house is 2 houses down from the walkway to the beach and across the street from Monterey Shores which is the best place to watch the sunset (and the Whalehead Club).

Outstanding house
This is a house we would like to return to for many years. It is a spacious house that easily housed our large family of 18. The bedrooms are large and spacious and there are many upgrades throughout the house. We loved how close it was to the beach. The large living spaces on each floor gave our kids the room they needed to play with toys or play pool. The many TVs gave everyone a choice. This is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood.

Have been coming Back for many years.
We have been coming back to Shell Yeah for years. Loved the place. Owners have always been making improvements. Have rated the home excellent for all the years we have stayed there. Rated it good this year due to the fact that there was no working internet which was a problem when you have young children and young adults. Also, one person had to go to the library every day to conduct business due to the lack of internet connection. There was a lack of communication on what the cause of the problem and when it could be fixed.

The house is so well laid out. Everyone had plenty of room. The updated bathrooms on the middle floor were great and beautiful. Kitchen always well stocked and spacious. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers are a giant plus. Would love to see showers in the master bedrooms on the top floor updated. They are a bit small but functional and also would love the option to have early check in with this property. I understand a new saltwater pool is on the horizon which is wonderful. We have rented it again for next year. When we ask our family if we want to rent this house again everyone is in total agreement to do it. Shell Yeah (C7070) is just a great rental. Owner takes pride in the house.

The house was exactly what we needed. We had a couple of issues upon arrival and Beach Realty responded immediately and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The walk to the beach was easy due to the great pathway the neighborhood has. Quick access to stores and shops. Highly recommend staying there!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Shell Yeah and absolutely love it.
We had problems with the AC on 3rd floor but it was fixed the next day. And the coffee maker was broken from a previous renter. It has so much room for all 17 of us who is staying there(10 adults and 7 grandkids. And the upgrades this year was wonderful. We have already put in to rent it again next year the same week. ��������

Shell Yeah did not dissapoint
Oh my what a fabulous house. We have been coming to the Outer Banks our whole lives and this house is one of the most special. The owners have taken such care in providing everything one would need. They have a jam packed toy/equipment closet that had great chairs, tents, sports equipment, beach toys, etc. The grandchildren thought it was Christmas. They also have 3 adorable bikes. Shell Yeah is a great vacation home. It has 3 refrigerators two dishwashers all the plates, silverware, pots and pans you can ever use. expresso maker etc., the property description and amenities were as descripted in the property description. The place was clean and well maintained and every year we have been there, there are always upgrades. Had a problem with the internet which was fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend Shell Yeah.

This is a wonderfully laid out house for a large group of families with varying ages. The two living rooms were great for kids and adults, and everyone had ample space to enjoy their stay. There were a lot of seating spaces outdoors, and the Adirondack chairs on the upper level deck were great for watching the stars. The pool and outdoor area was spacious and perfect for our large family! The elevator made unpacking groceries and luggage a breeze. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some in terms of dishes, appliances, etc. We would have loved to try the espresso machine if only we knew how. Our multi-family vacation was fantastic. Shell Yeah was even better than described, and very clean. Each bedroom actually has it's own bathroom and is not shared with another bedroom. The elevator was a plus for my 80 year old mother.
You don't need to bring a thing for the beach. There are plenty of chairs and beach toys and even a cart to bring it all in.
Kids and adults had fun riding at the race track.
The grocery store is nearby along with many restaurants and shopping.

My first time to OBX. As a Christmas gift we took our children and grandchildren to the beach. It was wonderful. Shell Yeah came with everything you could possibly need except for food and clothing. The house is amazing! We are hooked and will be back to stay again.
