Making Memories with Family & Friends

A great place to vacation with family and friends. House is chock full of amenities, new washer & dryer, the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware, toaster oven, (2) refrigerators, beverage cooler, large hot tub and a huge saltwater pool (no chlorine side effects) with plenty of chairs and tables. We have stayed here in the past (2016) and noticed the addition of a back door to access the pool & hot tub area - a great idea. Great decks and comfy furniture inside. We have pre-reserved this rental for 2024.

Cozy Beach House

Our family was very happy with our first stay at Corolla Beach Club! The house is cozy and the location is great, only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the spacious upper deck and the large pool area. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and many beach chairs and toys were available as well! We appreciated the large second refrigerator in the ground level room. This was our first time in a new house in over ten years and we were so happy that we have already booked to return here next year. It is clear that the owners take pride in their home!

Great vacation had by all!

The house had everything we needed. The coffee maker seemed to be broken and after I contacted realty company a brand new one was sent out. The pool area was the highlight of our stay. Much fun was had swimming and playing after a day at the beach.

The house overall was great, but my husband worried about the handrail on the top floor deck so he made the kids stay away from it. It was obvious that the owners are making improvements in stages. The location was great. The pool was great.

Great house, great vacation.

This was the third year in a row that we have stayed at this house. It is a large house that provides plenty of space for our family. Very close walk to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The pool is a big hit with out family. It is one of the larger pools in the neighborhood. The pool has a light for night swimming, but that light hasn't worked in the three years we've been there. That was a big bummer. In previous, there were umbrellas by the pool to provide needed shade in the hot summer sun, but there were no umbrellas this time. It was definitely harder for my older parents. There is a hot tub which is nice. For some reason, the hot tub temperature was at 109 degrees and took multiple hours to get down to a comfortable level but would then increase once we closed it, so we weren't able to use the hot tub as much as we wanted. We did notice a couple upgrades to the house; a new table/chairs at the pool, air fryer/toaster. It should be noted that the price of the house has increased every year we've stayed but we haven't understood why since there were no major upgrades to the house. A lot of the ceiling fans were very noisy and need servicing. The owners provided a little gift bag which was very nice to receive. Working with Beach Realty was nice. They are very responsive. A shower head broke during our stay and I notified Beach Realty, they submitted a service request and someone came out to change it that day.

It isn't a perfect house, but it is still a great house that we will come back to.

Had a great time. Weather wasn’t the greatest but didn’t stop us from going to the beach every day but one. We have rented this house before and it was always well stocked but could have used more flatware this time.
The short walk to the beach and the pool are awesome.

Fantastic Week at the Beach!

This has become our vacation location! Great house, large pool, just a few houses away from the beach! The top deck is so nice to sit out and relax and the house stays cool even on the hotter days. We appreciate the care they take in the house and enjoy their updates every year like the air fryer, grill, and pool furniture (showers next?!). Overall this house can't be beat!

Great location, fantastic pool!

We love staying at this house! The pool is amazing and it’s a super short walk to the beach! It has a nice kitchen with most items you will need for the week. The only downside is the lack of cabinet space for food, so most of it ends up on the island. But the table is nice and big to seat people. The top deck is very nice-we spent lots of time out there in the morning and evening. A very enjoyable stay!

A Wonderful Experience

This property is the best rental we have experienced in 5 trips out to the Outer Banks, more specifically Ocean Sands in Corolla. More than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. The private pool was well used every day after we came off the beach. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with just about every gadget needed for home cooked meals. It's location offers a close and easy walk to the beach for all, including the youngest children. The owners are to be commended on wanting those who rent this home to have the best vacation they can have. The only suggestion we would pass along would be to address the landscaping on the property as it is in need of attention however, it did not hamper our vacation experience. We will definitely look to rent this house again.

Great Pool and Terrific Beach Access

This property had everything our family wanted. The pool was large and well maintained. The house had a large family room and very well equipped kitchen for our chef son in law. The proximity to the beach walkway was short. The home was well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Ocean Sands area for almost 40 years and it was one of our favorite homes.

Labor Day Stay 2021

We stayed at this property the week of Labor Day and it did not disappoint. The place was clean and they provided bath towels/linens along with beach chairs. The pool is HUGE and the hot tub was a nice addition. On our second day, we received a gift from the owners thanking us for choosing their property(we received a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers, and meat). It's a very short walk to the beach and not far from shops/restaurants. My family had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this property.

Awesome.

We loved this house! Plenty of space to hang out and relax. So close to the beach. The pool and hot tub area were so clean. We used the pool every day. The deck was perfect for early mornings and late night star gazing. Plenty of room for 3 cars. Loved the shops in Corolla. Beach wasn't crowded since there was no public beach access. Traffic was annoying getting on island, but that was expected. Owners provided a welcome gift that was really nice and unexpected. We already made our reservation to come back next year!

This property had everything you would need . Just bring food and drinks ! Would definitely recommend this home. A few steps from the beach . We ran out of propane for the grill I called them and left a message came back from the beach and it was full just in time for dinner ! I couldn’t of hand picked a better location ! I will be back ....

Exactly What We Needed!

We had a beautiful time with friends and family at the Corolla Beach Club home. It is only steps from the beach which was great. The pool is exactly as described! Huge! Great newer hot tub, pool furniture looked to be great quality and newer. Inside kitchen was STOCKED! No need to bring anything to cook with. Cannot say enough good things about this home. It was a fantastic vacation and we will be looking to book this home again in the future!

Perfect Vacation !

The house is just a few minutes walk from the beach, quiet street so nice for kids and bikes or skateboards. The living areas are much larger than they look in the pictures and so is the deck. My only complaint is that the kitchen cabinets are pretty much full and there was very little space to put away dry goods/food stuff so it was mostly on the counters and island.
Also, we had rented beach chairs and brought tons of kids pool / sand toys. You only need to rent a few umbrellas (and highly recommend the little tables for them). There are plenty of very nice beach chairs, sand toys, pool toys, floats, inflatables, etc. The pool is HUGE!

We had a great family vacation at Corolla Beach Club. Roomy, great location and awesome pool.Lovely deck area and screened in porch. Loved the keyless entry.
We thought the bushes outside need to be trimed. Indoors, our bedroom the queen suite downstairs had no sheets on the bed. We found the sheets outside, but the beds were to be made. Also saw dirt in the bathroom of that same suite. Maybe it was missed in cleaning ? We would book this house again.

Loving the Beach!

The rental process was very easy, and the staff at Beach Realty, Corolla office, were great! The home was beautiful; the location was perfect. The salt water pool was a big hit! LOVED IT! We did have a few issues with the maintenance on the home. We were 4 days in the vacation when the spa was repaired around 3pm. We did have to replace MANY light bulbs on the decks. I did call the office to leave them know the house needed restocked with light bulbs. The flood lights to go out the GREAT salt water pool were out. They never did come and replace them. The walkway was very dark when trying to swim or sit in the hot tub in the evening. We would have replaced those also, but we did not have a ladder. One of the guys actually walked around and pulled crab grass from the cement cracks around the pool. The house was well stocked with beach toys, which is always a plus. :)The upper deck was beautiful, and we did enjoy the screened in porch one of the mornings when it was a little rainy. The outside grill also had propane. This was a first. We grilled out 2 of our days. Overall, it's always a great time at the beach!

VACATION WEEK AT THE BEACH CLUB

We had a great time at the Beach Club this past week. Anything you wanted was close - beach, shopping, restaurants. Kids really liked the pool and loved the sand on the beach. We thought that frying pans needed replacement.
