Keep an eye on the sound—you may even spot dolphins playing in the water right from the condo. The primary queen suite features a spacious private bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom, making the layout comfortable for couples, friends, or families. Two flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig keep everyday conveniences close at hand.

Bring your boat and make the most of the waterfront setting. Your stay includes a 25-foot boat slip at Rudder Canal #73, just across the street. Back on land, explore four miles of lighted community docks, perfect for leisurely walks along the canals. Spend sunny afternoons at the seasonal community pool, unwind in the hot tub, or let little ones splash in the kiddie pool. A poolside snack bar, fitness center, playground, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts offer plenty of ways to fill the day. For a quieter moment by the water, visit the community’s small beach area, the Peninsula.

A building elevator makes unloading luggage and groceries easy, and a ground-floor outdoor shower is convenient after beach days. Two uncovered parking spaces are included; off-site boat and Jet Ski trailer parking is available for a fee. (Community pool and select amenities are seasonal. The elevators are a community amenity & not controlled by the homeowner.)
