Beginning Friday, October 3, Halloween Jack returns to the streets of Manteo for 13 nights of Halloween fun. This month-long celebration features 13 pop-up Halloween bars, 13 eerie inns, 13 spooky shops, and 13 themed events, with proceeds supporting 13 local charities through the Outer Banks Community Foundation.
Festivities kick off with a sneak preview party at the Pioneer Theater on Thursday, October 2, and continue every Thursday–Saturday in October. Adults can complete the Halloween Island Passport Challenge by collecting stamps at all 13 bars for rewards and raffle entries, while kids can take part in the Kids’ Quest at participating shops to earn their own prizes.
