Great family weekend!!!
We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family. The only suggestion I would have is a small one. We would have loved a few extra blankets, it got pretty chilly our weekend Thank you!

Wonderful week
The place was great. Enjoyed the fact that we could bring are pets. That made taking a week long vaction a worry free vaction.

ohh the view!
We called this the barbie dream house.
The view was spectacular! We took a last minute trip and beach realty worked with us and were awesome. The house is huge. It is decorated kind of spanish. I'm sure it is hard to clean a house that big. I've been in cleaner houses. The kitchen cabinets are a bit outdated and there wasn't alot of cookware for a house that big.
There were mushrooms growing from the corner in the bedroom I stayed in. The last few days we did see alot of bugs and some cockroache

Just what we were looking for!
Our family was looking for a fun oceanfront spot to spend a quiet spring break week. It was our first trip to Nags Head and the Lazy Lizard grabbed our attention. Boy did it live up to our expectations! It's a beautiful, colorful house that couldn't be closer the beach. We loved the hot tub, fuss ball table, and gorgeous ever changing views from the third story windows. We even took a quick polar plunge in the pool in March! It's is a great location, directly across from a yummy tavern called Lucky 12

Great Location and Flexible Space
The Lazy Lizard has great space for multiple families to hang out together or apart. The beachfront location is great. Stayed there in the shoulder season and the house definitely showed the wear and tear of the season.

Nice place overall.
Overall I'd say this place was pretty nice. It is starting to show some of its wear and tear, and age. I am sure it gets a lot of use throughout the year. The maintenance company was pretty good at getting back to us about requests or issues. You really cannot beat the location, it was very easy getting to the beach and we spent every day there. I wish the main level wasn't above everyone's heads when sleeping, that was a bit annoying when you are trying to sleep and people are scraping chairs across the fl

Ideal location and Beautiful view
Our family of 8 adults, 5 children and 4 dogs just spent 2 weeks at the Lazy Lizard. Location is excellent. Beach view and access superlative. House is spacious and perfect for large family. Kitchen supplies need updating. It's the little things that make a difference. Almost every coffee mug is identical white - not ideal for 8 adults to tell apart. Too much mismatched kitchen supplies for my taste and no storage containers. The house was wonderful, the kitchen merely adequate. Some basic maintenance

Love the Outer Banks!
We've rented from Beach Reality twice so far, and we've reserved our rental for 2022! Lazy Lizard is right on the beach and it's a beautiful house! I would definitely rent this house again.

Loved the Lizard!
We (3 couples) decided to give ourselves a winter get-away and the Lazy Lizard provided the perfect place for our retreat! The home is centrally located in Nags Head, well appointed, and has unbelievable views. The hot tub was lovely on some cold winter days.

Relaxing and Beautiful
My family and I really enjoyed The Lazy Lizard. We loved the location so close to the pier where we could walk for some good cocktails and appetizers on the ocean. The house is super relaxing and has beautiful windows. Waking up on the third floor master was amazing when the sun came up. I loved the decor. The best part really is the dog areas, if you have a well behaved dog you are in for a treat. The dog can be left upstairs on the deck when you are hanging out. The dog can just walk to the dog play area

OBX family vacation
The location was great. The house needs some serious updates and maintenance, but was acceptable. Beach Realty was very responsive to all questions and pleasant to works with. The family had a great time but we would like to see something me maintenance and updates if we use the same property next year.

Lazy lizard days
Our 11th year on outer banks. First time in Nags Head. This was a great week for our whole family. Everyone loved the house and the convenience of Nags Head. Very close to everything. I bicycle a lot and the roads in Nags Head are very bike, jogger and walker friendly. The rental unit was almost perfect. It was not as well cleaned as other units I hv rented but still was clean enough.

Fall Family Vacation
We took mom and dad to the outerbanks to celebrate their 56th anniversary. The location of the property was perfect. The house was clean and neat. The view of the beach from the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Great memories and absolutely no complaints.

Family and Friends Vacation
We arrived at the tail end of a hurricane and the property management did an excellent job communicating power outages and worked to clear damage and debris from storm. The house was well stocked and very convenient for large families and guests.. Great to have the dog areas. The overall condition of the property was good although my guests all agreed the bathrooms, especially the showers and tubs, were in need of a good cleaning. The management Company was excellent and great to work with. There was a maintenance man (not associated with the management company) that showed up daily and did nothing but leave ladders, tools, etc. there to annoy everyone, then he left all day. Not sure who he is billing for his time? When it was reported he just moved to the property next door and did the same thing..set up a ladder and left it there for days. We would rent again and and felt the communication and information was excellent from the management company.

Great family reunion house
We had a blast with the interesting decorations especially the coconut monkeys. Closest house to the beach yet and nice pool area although the hot tub is past its prime.

The best vacation of our lives
It was nice that the owner drop the price for the week we stayed for. with us booking this at the last minute and the owner came down a little bit more in price that week. We and the family are recommending these property to all of our friends. The check in is the so wonderful that every thing is Email to you so you Don't have to stop at the rental property. Any thing you need is real close in walking distance. We just a wonderful time just sitting on the decks and looking at the ocean all day long.

Stay at Lazy Lizard in Early April
Overall our stay was excellent. House was in great shape and distance to the beach is great - less than 200 feet. The relief area for our dog was a great benefit and easy to let the dog go and do its business. We had a minor issue with the electric can opener not working but received a new one the next day. A couple of the bathroom fans were not working but not an issue for us but we did report it for future repair. Location is fantastic and would definitely rent this house again. Only disconnect was with perceived free day access to Jeanette fishing pier. This was not provided and Beach Realty said owner made no provisions for this to be provided. Other than that, all was as advertised and we had an excellent stay. Great house for a large group of family or friends and very dog friendly with a fantastic central location on the outer banks. Within approximately an hour of both Cape Hatteras and Corolla and easy access to Roanoke Island.
