Description

Located in the heart of Duck Village, these oceanfront condos (just 100 yards to beach) offer a wonderful atmosphere for vacationing couples or small families. Spacious, well-furnished top floor unit with Spectacular ocean views and balcony areas. Community Pool (L-shaped 40"x 75"), basketball court, coin operated laundry facility, kid playground and tennis for the community.

Downtown, stroll along the soundside boardwalk, Listen to live music at the amphitheater or bring your kids to the playground. Duck offers a public kayak/canoe launch and four-slip, transient use boat pier at the northern end of the boardwalk.

Washer & Dryer provided onsite; not in the individual units.

Main Level: Kitchen w/Bar Counter and 3 Chairs, Dining Area w/Table and 4 Chairs, Great Room w/TV/CD Player, Master Bedroom w/King Bed and TV, Bedroom w/1 Double and 1 Twin Bed, Hall Bath, Queen Sleep Sofa.

Top Side was a perfect space for our family to get away. While some aspects of the property seem a little dated, the location was perfect, beach uncrowded, kitchen, living room, and balconies were great. Easy walk to downtown Duck for coffee and shopping on the "boardwalk". I would definitely recommend checking them out for a say.

Relaxing Weeekend

We loved our stay at Top Side. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It even had some beach chairs and umbrellas. The beaches weren't crowded, even during a holiday weekend. We would love to stay here again!

After Wedding Getaway

We have been to the Outer-banks, specifically Corolla area, many times but normally we are with a large group and renting a house so this time was a little different staying in a condo. We chose this condo complex on a whim looking for a place to have a beach getaway after our wedding and we are so happy we chose Top Side as our spot. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the condo complex itself was very quiet and sat back from the main road in it's own little neighborhood, however wasn't so far bac

Visit to the Outer Banks, Stay in Top Side Condo

Visit was wonderful, recommend visiting the Maritime Museum, the Outer banks Lighthouses, Wild Horse Tours. Condo was very nice, good view of ocean, Management has very good customer service.

Vacation family getaway

The condo was beautifully furnished with excellent views of the ocean and pool. Only complaint is we were on 3rd floor with no elevator so we had mutliple trips to go up and down stairs to unload and pack back up. But would highly recommend

Duck escape

This was our first time staying in the town of Duck, we usually stay in Corolla. This was a great location not only as far as distance to the beach but we were right by the duck waterfront shops which was great! Our stay was during the covid pandemic so being able to stay near the shops was nice, we were able to walk the long boardwalk and visit some shops and ice cream parlors. The condo itself was nice, with a very nice view. The condo was clean. The condo offers two decks with ocean view which was great,

Very good location, The beach and the pool were located close enough for our kids (teens) to run back and forth. The Only negative is that need to be a way to get your luggage and groceries to floors above as even the 1st floor is up a flight (17 steps). We were on the third floor. Great otherwise from check-in to check-out.

A quick walk to relaxing in the sand

We normally go to OBX with a large family group and stay in a big house. This year it was just my little family of 3 and a couple of friends so the condo was just right. The best part of our stay was the quick access to the beach. It was perfect! And the condo pool was nice, clean, and not crowded. We had a wonderful week.

Topside, What a view!

Our over-all experience was an enjoyable one. The unit, kitchen/bath areas slightly dated, but really clean, and kitchen well stocked. The grounds and pool were well maintained. It also came with linens. However, they weren't in the unit, but they did give them to me. I already had my own items to carry up all these stairs, so it would have been nice, it the linens had been in the unit. Location was conveniently located. The view was very nice...there is no screen on the sliding door, in the living
