This condo is located on the side of the building and has limited ocean views. Only steps to the Beach. Enjoy the sound of the surf right off the private Oceanfront deck.

Located at milepost 7. Lifeguarded beach during the in-season. 15 yards to the beach.

First Floor: 1st of 3 Floors, North Side Location. Greeting Room w/Kitchen Table for 6, 2 Bar Stools, Sleep Sofa, TV, Slider to Oceanfront Balcony, Queen Master Bedroom w/Slider to Ocean View Balcony, 2 Twins Bedroom NW Side, Hall Full Bathroom, Washer and Dryer is on Ground Floor.

2026 Community Pool Dates: 5/2 - 10/4
Hours of operation is 9AM to dusk. Please note, community pool dates are subject to weather conditions.

Great location, slightly run down property

The location is key, steps from the beach. The pool is very nice too. The property itself is a bit mildewy and the furniture is very run down.

Great location. Great place.

Second year here. Family of 5. Great location, view is ok but I knew what it was. Pool is awesome. Place is a bit dated. Wish there was a bunk bed in the one bedroom but again I know there wasnt, that being said it does have a couch bed that works, but I think it needs replacing in my opinion but it served its purpose. Overall place is awesome and would highly recommend. Beach reality is always great. 5 stars.

Great location!!

A+ for location. You will not find many other places in this price range with a pool and only steps away from the beach. The condo was dated, but for the most part in good condition. The residents are all very pleasant. Our only complaint during this trip falls with the maintenance staff. Upon checkin we reported the window shades and curtains were missing in one bedroom. No one fixed the issue during our stay. We were able to hang a blanket up to cover the window and it had little impact on our comfor

Beach proximity and pool access doing their job is always great to hear. The curtain and shade issue should never linger after check in and that is on us to improve coordination with maintenance so guest comfort is immediate not improvised.

Check- in took longer than we had hoped. We were told 4pm and unfortunately had to sit in the parking lot until 530 waiting. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Nice place to stay

We had great access to the beach. The property had everything we needed...pool, laundry. It is right at a public access beach so a little busy for my taste. If we head back to OBX, we would stay here again though. The office staff is kind and helpful too! The condo had a nice layout with both of our bedrooms having bathrooms right off of them. The price was reasonable as well.
