We loved the house and all the amenities the house offered and how close the beach was along with other stores and attractions but I would highly recommend that they upgrade the beds and get different mattress the mattress were absolutely horrible and felt like sleeping on hay besides that I would only suggest maybe a gas grill

Annual Family Trip
We love staying at the Carolina Kia! The furniture could use some updating but we still love staying here. The location is great and the pool is a favorite of all my grandkids and the adults. We will plan on staying here many more years.

We stayed at this house in June 2022 and we had a wonderful time. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location and rental
This house is absolutely wonderful! It has just about anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool is absolutely amazing! The only downside to the place was that it was outdated and could use a thorough deep clean. But I would absolutely stay here again without a second thought!

2 weeks of rest and relaxation on the OBX beaches with the family. The Carolina Kia is a great place for the family to spend time together having fun and make memories. We have been coming here for years and hope to return for many more.

Wonderful vacation visit!
This property was just perfect for our family visit. Only a few minutes' walk from the beach and with a hot tub, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessary cookware and serving items. Highly recommend!

Great access to the beach. Very comfortable for three couples and a child. Had all of the amenities that we needed and the weather was perfect for sitting in the hot tub. The only issue we had was noise from trucks very early in the morning, around 3am. We weren't sure if it was garbage trucks emptying dumpsters or the building supply store across the highway. Overall great stay and we will definitely keep this on the list for future trips.

This has become our go-to rental
This was our second year in this rental. After the first year, we loved the house so much, we booked it again this year. A short walk to the beach, cool off in the pool, relax in the hot tub, its all good! We use the grill A LOT, so its good that its right next to the pool so you can easily monitor the kids. Need more beer? A convenience store is directly behind you. Want good seafood? Jimmys is a 2-3 minute walk. We love this rental!

Wonderful week
Our family of 7 had a great week while staying at Carolina Kai. The house was immaculate and very close to beach access. We loved the pool as well. It had everything we needed (except for a toaster, which we bought).The house could use some newer appliances and more TV channels, however, but overall we were very happy staying in your beautiful beach house.

A memorable spring break
This house was amazing! My three children and I stayed during their spring break and we all loved it! The hot tub was on the top deck and the street was quite yet close enough to walk to the beach. My 7 year old brought his bike and was riding it up and down the street. The home was perfect!

Perfect house for our family
We loved this house. It was one our best stays in the OBX yet! We loved the pool, hot tub, ocean views, short walk to the beach, decks, hammocks and much more. There was great beach equipment already there, which saved us from having to bring our own or rent. We would definitely return!

Overall very Happy with Stay. Great Location within walking distance to oceanfront. Hottub/Pool were great. Only issues were Pool Guy didn't knock or ring the doorbell he just came in through the house and acted like it was no big deal scaring my elderly grandmother with just showing up on top floor. Also could use more utensils IE Crab crackers in kitchen otherwise great place to stay.

Beach Week in Paradise
We had a total of 9 people stay in the house, and we all had a blast! The house was the perfect place for all of us to get together to spend a week at the beach. The pool was so refreshing, especially when the ocean was too cold to swim in! However, there was a lot of sand in the pool from the last week.
