This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with private access to the beach at Avalon and two private accesses to the Sound, allows you to easily explore all that the Outer Banks has to offer! Just 150 yards from the ocean and only 1 1/2 miles from the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Turtle-ly Beachin' is conveniently located at Mile Post 6. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach.       

Enjoy a day of fishing at the nearby Avalon Fishing Pier and then bring home the days catch to the fish cleaning station. The pier has a great Arcade with games that the kids will love! The little kids also have a turtle sandbox with toys at the home for additional fun! 
                                              
All bedrooms and the game room feature a TV and DVD player as well as a 72 inch TV in the Living Room! (Bring your account information for Netflix or other streaming services) At night, relax outside by the fire pit and roast smores, which is fun for all ages!

Outside entrance only to the lower level. The lower level garage has rec room w/ ping pong, reading area, Bonus room with Double Bed, Full Hall Bath. AC available in lower level bedroom only.

Lower Level: Garage/Rec Room w/Washer and Dryer, and Foosball. Bonus Room can be used as 4th Bedroom w/Double Bed. Reading area, TV & DVD Player, Full Bath, TV. Fan Downstairs/AC & Heat Downstairs. The lower level is an unconditioned space, which means the ambient environment can influence the area, including temperature variations and potential mustiness due to limited ventilation. 
However, please note that the lower level bonus room is equipped with air conditioning units and heating for your comfort.

Upper Level: Living Room w/Large Flat Screen TV, Kitchen (no dishwasher), Master Bedroom w/Queen, Bedroom w/Queen, Bedroom w/2 Bunk Beds. Hall Bathroom. Outside Covered Porch, Deck.
