Located on Colington Island in Kill Devil Hills this place has beautiful views of the sound and awesome places for you to sit outside and enjoy your coffee, ice cream, or both! They offer Hersey and homemade ice cream flavors as well, along with decadent concoctions combining icecream and coffee together. Yum!
