Great week with our little family

This was our first experience renting a home for our family of 4 in OBX! The home is an easy walk to the beach and has a great pool and hot tub! There was plenty of space for our family and we loved that we could be sleeping on the same floor with little ones. We had an issue with the door code when we got there and couldn’t get in but it was resolved quickly. The home could use an ice cream scoop and some new throw pillows/ cushions in the twin bed room but everything else was great! If you have little ones, bring paper plates we couldn’t find plastic plates and not many plastic small cups. Also, There was a baby gate and pack n play in the bedroom closet.

We had a great stay. Good distance to the beach and pool was great. Thank you for letting us bring our dog. The air took a little time to catch up when we arrived and turned it up but it did.

Great vacation rental experience

The house was everything that it advertised to be. Location is great with a very short walk to the beach and just a mile from the grocery store and shopping. The home was clean, fresh smelling, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for our family who likes to make meals at home and grill out. The night light/sign located at the hot tub did not work as the power cord was missing. Many of the beach chairs were broken and the 1 remaining body board was broken. We would suggest adding an air

A Great Week at the Beach

Lowe Tide was the perfect house for our week at the beach. The property was in good condition, a perfect short distance from beach access, and well stocked with all the necessary ammenities. The photos and floorplans provided on the website were an accurate representation of the house which was helpful for planning our stay. The realty company was exceptionally responsive to all of our requests. The only negative for us was the beds in the twin and pyramid rooms were not super comfortable and squeeky/noisy

No Low Spirits at Lowe Tide

it was an excellent stay. Accommodations were clean, and guests enjoyed all of the amenities. We would absolutely recommend and would consider staying at again.

High time at Lowe Tide

What a great house and a great time. The property was awesome.... it had everything great time we needed for a great week. The kitchen had everything we needed especially sharp knifes and this late in the season what a plus. The weather was not great but,the house was great.

It was a very easy process and I loved the fact you didn't have to check in and could go right to the house with no keys to have to deal with. The beach access was convenient with a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants/shopping.
The inside of the home surely needs some updating and some new furniture, carpeting, etc. Bathrooms were way too small for my taste, but for a one week stay it was manageable. I would not stay in this particular home again, but surely another property of the rea

The home was lovely-close to the beach. Pool was also wonderful. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Wish there had been more deck furniture.
The home was clean enough-I may be little to neat. There was dust that I thought house cleaning could have gotten, All in all we had a great time.

Great location - nice quiet street

The location was very nice - convenient to beach and groceries, restaurants, etc. When we arrived there were ants in the kitchen - but there were traps out and the activity diminished. Very well stocked kitchen - LOVED LOVED LOVED. Even had kitchen linens. Not a lot of common space - just the adjoining family, dining, kitchen. Don't see how 12 people could "hang out" together if they wanted to; many other houses have 2 common areas. But the pool, fenced in area and hot tub were fantastic as well. And
