We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager who will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our real estate services and vacation rental properties. This position is ideal for someone with a creative mindset, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for real estate, travel, and hospitality marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific properties and target audiences.
  • Identify and leverage marketing channels including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Beach Realty remains a market leader.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
  • Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing.
  • Analyze marketing data and implement improvements based on performance metrics.

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop blog posts, videos, articles, and visuals to showcase properties and attract clients.
  • Manage content distribution and maintain a consistent publishing calendar.

Budget Management

  • Create and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal ROI.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track KPIs and provide regular reports to management on campaign performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or real estate marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Creative and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in graphic design (Canva preferred).
  • Computer savvy with basic IT troubleshooting abilities.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Kitty Hawk, NC, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
