Beach Realty & Construction is hiring a Project Foreman to start immediately. This position is full-time, year-round with competitive salary and excellent benefits including health, dental, life and retirement. The position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing subcontractors in the field. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and be able to effectively prioritize and communicate to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Minimal manual labor required. 40+ hours per week. Flexible schedule although weekend work may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in construction related job.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
