The house, Beach Bumz, we rented was amazing! It was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and very well maintained. The house was in a very nice gated community on the island with a very friendly staff. The neighbors on both sides were super friendly and willing to give you information on the neighborhood and activities. I would definitely rent this property again!

Our stay at High Tides was wonderful! The quiet location was absolutely perfect for a weeklong beach getaway, and it was an easy, short walk to the beach. Driftwood had everything to make this OBX vacation what we all needed! The ocean views are breathtaking! On the couple days of overcast cooler days, there was plenty to do inside. Our family loved the layout of the top floor. Everyone was able to do different activities (looking for dolphin, pelican watching, video arcade games, billiard table, puzzles, card games, read books, cook meals, watch movies, etc) but still be all together to enjoy each other's company. It has easy access to the beach, nice pool, great hot tub, and plenty of common area spaces. We have stayed in quite a few different rental homes in OBX and Kirtland's Keep is one of our favorites. Beach Realty is a pleasure to deal with. We don’t normally review homes but this one has a few amenities that we thought were worth mentioning. First off, there are filtered water spouts at the sinks, which helped out with making coffee, and we spent less on bottled water. Also, there was a nice ice maker in the kitchen as well as the ice maker in the freezer. There was a gas stove which was nice for cooking. The coffee maker did have a reusable filter, usually we need to buy disposable

Just got back from a great beach week trip to Nags Head! Stayed at Sunrise to Sunset and it did not disappoint. Beautiful, spacious home with lovely furnishings was a great place for our 3-generation crew to spread out. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, accommodating many of us working together. We had all of our kids together after several years without. Some grandkids came, too. Teens did their thing, we adults enjoyed ourselves. We went to Mama Kwan's for incredible edibles, visited Bodie Island, walked on the beach enjoying the sea and its many manifestations. Our family had the best Christmas experience at Sound Waves. We’ve never been away for Christmas so imagine our surprise to see a Christmas tree fully decorated , a lovely gift basket with holiday goodies and other warm holiday touches in the great room!
